I will admit that I haven't watch him play much, but the guy is "one season wonder" in my eyes.
He is playing in one of the best teams in EPL (the best this season) and his stats are mediocre for the price that is mentioned (50m euro).

If his stats were great there’s no way he’d leave below 50m, let alone on loan with option to purchase.
