Lmbo this fucking snake Cardinale throwing his executive team under the bus

I love it

It means he’s losing trust in them which means they could be gone next season

We pray

If true, props on having the right preference, but shame on our owner for being dickless and not making the call this summer. Obviously, I don’t actually know how Conc is going to do; but, he seemed so clearly superior to Fonseca to most of us from when he was first linked with Milan

If it’s true

It makes sense he would defer to the opinion of his team who are more knowledgeable in football than him.

But they dropped the ball

But personally I don’t buy the report

We are much worse right now than we were with Maldini. That’s a fact. Our new Americunt owners are also a bunch of clueless morons, they stirred up shit and ended up with a complete failure. That’s also a fact.

Apparently, the guy below has and:

100% agree, which is why I have no doubts about Theo. He's a workhorse, a 4-lunged steam train. He's perfect for a physical coach.

THIS is where I'm skeptical, because Leao isn't an inverted winger. He can't come inside from the wing and shoot to the far post, he excels at going outside.

Where I think Leao can become a killer for this system is as an outlet on the counter. Milan has had the best counter-attacking duo in the world for 5 years now. Theao. Go back and watch the Liverpool game from the Pioli era. Theo, Leao, Rebic, and Brahim tore through that Liverpool side at will.

I don't pray for Leao's downfall, I just no longer believe he has the character to become more than what he is. Conceicao's going to try to change him, he has to. We wait and see.
Concerning Rafa, i agree with you that if Conceicao's tactics can be applied, Rafa will be crucial and potentially deadly on the counter.

In addition, after watching him for the past years, i actually saw some difference in Rafa's play this half season. Whereas he used to just hug the left wing previously, he actually played through the left-center zone this season and drove through like a support striker. I believe Fonseca did focus on Rafa and pushed him to adjust his play.

I've always felt that Rafa can potentially become a R9 regen. He has the physique, speed and power to be the power forward that starts from left-center.

Thus i really hope that Conceicao is able to instill his vision on the players. From the formation and lineup posted earlier, i sincerely hope that that inverted wing attack can work and we can do the direct counter attacking tactic properly.

As always Forza Milan per sempre.

Out for a walk.
I think Gerry should buy us players and coaches based on their FIFA ratings. Pull a Woody Johnson.

Does Biabiany still have 95 pace?

I don't know what Conceicao's substitution patterns are but hope better than Fonseca's.

Our former coach often didn't use all 5 available and when he did make changes they were mostly late which made me scream at the TV multiple times. He did take out Terracciano at half time against Roma but that was a no brainer, the guy, didn't do much, was yellow carded, and was responsible for Dybala's goal because he didn't close in on him and left him too much space to shoot.
I haven't watched Porto much so someone might enlighten me on this but we lost or drew some games because players were exhausted at the end and so gave up too many late goals.

Rafa's ceiling isn't R9
He's good but not truly elite.
He would do extremely well to approach Thierry Henry's level. Probably a notch below.

I say this as a massive fan of the guy

Doesn't make any sense. Not Italian trained and not on the growth decree and will soon be over 22. Weird signing if true. We literally have no space for anyone but Italian or Milan trained at this point.

Vulture was high on him years ago. Seemed a bit small and inexperienced back then but has grown a bit with Monza.

Is he coming up on free agency? Would be a great pick up

I think Monza's potential for relegation and our need for midfield depth has probably stirred things up as far as rumors go. I'd be down for the addition. Especially if we see RLC out the door. In my mind, I think of him as being in the same realm as Musah. A lively midfielder that needs refinement to be at a higher caliber

Didn't think of that initially. But would he be considered Italian trained? He has been in Italy for a few years now. I'd look at that as a potential summer opportunity more than anything though.

I know it's not directed at me but... I'd do Ricci and Parisi ... and possibly take a shot on Casadei ... but I think only Ricci makes a decent improvement. The other two would be depth more than anything and banking on potential

It’s essential to get Serie a trained players moving forward. With the amount of games every year , it is paramount to have a bigger squad .

Also important to not be handicapped on potential steal deals at end of transfer windows because no non Italian space left.

To be fair not even Mbappe's ceiling is prime R9.
At the moment there isn't that much absolute top tier talent which benefits Leao imo as it makes him better relative to that.

Gnotto could also be interesting if the price is right as squad player.
Orsolini potentially as well.

If the report about Gerry making the Fonseca-Conceicao decision on his own is true, I think we will see a revolution pretty soon. Maybe even in the winter. The guy is an arrogant cunt, but he can surely see that the club is on a negative path and this management is not doing a good job. None of Furlani, Zlatan or Moncada are sure to stay beyond June and I feel that a lot of the fodder they brought will go with them like Merdueze, RLC, Tammy, Emerson, etc. leaving a lot of space for many new players.

He will be Italian trained by summer of 2025, when he will still be under 22 (birthday in sep)
