Fonz isn't going anywhere, and everything is still to play for, till it's not.

I have hope in the team, but little faith in other areas of the club... That's obvious.

Last night showed what many have been.calling for, and long may it continue.

My fear, is still.how poorly constructed the squad is, and the fact we're a couple players away from panic stations lol.

But last night was GLORIOUS!!!

I'd happily bring Salad and Adli back in January, stick with 3 in the middle, and see out the season.

There's absolutely no point in wasting money on more "stop gaps"... Play 433 and see out the season with hope and passion.

It's just a shame that we're looking at another yoyo season and potential year 0 again if the wheels come off.

Forza Milan though xxx
Yeah everything still to play for as you say…if we had won the game against Bologna we’d be 5 points off the top with Inter-Napoli this weekend.

But you do know that sekemeker had an ankle surgery and hasnt played in last 7 Serie A matches?
Did you know Ben is injured, RLC is shite, and we're thin in midfield.

Salad might not have been injured if he was still here. If he was here we might have already seen 433 and a few more points on the tables?

I didn't know salad was injured, is it bad?

Could he come back in January and cover Musah?

If we had better options then sure, move on from Salad and Adli, but I'd say we're in a precarious position player wise.

So looking at options, a recovered Salad and an Adli with a score to settle, gives us options we currently don't have.

If we were signing Ricci say in January, that's that and it's a great pick up... But we ain't..

LMAO, Arsenal and Merda both have not conceded a single goal in their UCL campaigns this season... until now.
What a dumb pen to concede by Arsenal.
And Merda are resting their players too.
EPL in the mud.

Agreed Bennacer’s time at Milan is over. Pobega plus cash for Ricci would be a great addition to a scant and stripped down midfield.
What's Pobega's value even at just now... I'd say Adli or Salad hold more value if we're looking at using counterparts.

Overhyped and that is an understatement.

It gave us a little more leeway in terms of team setup.
We weren't pressured into fielding injured/unfit players against top teams because we know that we have games in the back end that will allow us to pick up points.
That said, it also allows for more mistakes, and thus the opportunity to take more risks when playing against other big clubs.

We aren't thinking of sitting back to play for a draw, because we know there are chances to make up for lost points.

Of course, I'm currently talking out of my arse on this, because we haven't picked up enough points yet, but the fact that if we win the 4 remaining after Madrid and it will give us 15 points, which would potentially be enough to qualify in the top 8, makes each of the big matches less stressful.

Losses still hurt like a motherfucker though, but that's because I love my team.

This is also based on Milan's schedule more than anything. I would think that if teams lost to easier opponents and their last 4 games are actually against Pot 1 and Pot 2 teams, things would be immensely different.
Remember when I mentioned this yesterday?
Just looked at Madrid's next two UCL matches.

They're on par with us on points now, but holy fuck qualifying might actually be tight for them with Liverpool and then Atalanta next.

I'm so glad we just have Pot 3 and Pot 4 opponents left.

True Pobega wont hold much value at this time. But Toro liked him in his last spell, maybe Saelemaekers as well ?.

I would like to see what Adli (if he came back) and Ricci could offer if they ever become part of the team.

Individually no players are great. Hence why it's a team sport ya dingo 😂😂😂
You need great players to be classed as an ATG you Muppet. None of the defenders in modern era would be regarded as such.

Arsenal regressed hugely this season. Cross after cross to 1.70cm "tall" Gabriel Jesus... Inter contolling things with B squad and in 2nd gear...

Vasquez and Militao werent playing for many of those CL's
Rudiger was erasing strikers on the last CL run

Whats with the hyperbolic false narratives
Even before that. It was still mediocre. Marcelo too was good attack wise but garbage in defense.

damn I had no idea how hard it was to watch Milan games at 3 am.. ppl living in east asia are the real mvps

congrats milanisti that was a solid game. i dont think rafa did as well as everyone is saying. for me he did just the same as the last games he's played only difference is he got an assist and we won the game. not a fan of changing formation every few games either... still waiting to see a formation with fofana + musah as the two central mids with Tijji slightly ahead

thiaw scoring against the team that was interested in buying last summer and the CL winners is good marketing, hope he gets a good price next summer.

getting 6 points from the 4 games in pot 1 and 2 is better than i expected.. now we got relatively easier games where we probably will drop points in one of the remaining games (prolly zagreb). i hope we can get 3 more wins to get 15 points total which should guarantee us a top 12 spot I reckon

hard luck @AC_Wesley for the loss..

Ricci negates the need for Salad coming back as part of a 3 man midfield. Adli rotating with Deers as an offensive outlet get a thumbs up from me.

Fofana, Deers, Ricci, Musah and Adli, with a wildcard out and out CAM perhaps, gives us cover and options.

I'm gutted we didn't pick up Samardzic for the money...

I am certain they would beat Liverpool.
Atalanta would be tricky and they have a tendency to step up vs big sides.

The funniest thing is that Arsenal fans for my entire life were always about "we play beautiful, we play the right way!" and now they've turned into disciples of Mourinho and Conte.

That being said, so many of my closest friends are Arsenal fans and are delightful people--I think the online ones and their media personalities are exhausting.

Gabriel just sucks.

that move from Reijnders at the start of his goal had some Paqueta flavor to it…

…without fully stopping the game, foot on the ball, and dirty grinding, to get at most an indirect free kick in a not so dangerous area.

Merda are about to win with 38% possession, 1 shot on target (from a penalty that came after a lame cross) and 0 corners  Can they get luckier than this?

Musah was the key to containing Vini. Emerson would have been humiliated, turned inside out and eaten alive if Musah wasn’t there to cover him.

Yea, At the same time, that’s the point of a team. The role of a coach also. Fit the pieces together to make it functional.
With Fofana’s emergence our CBs are more protected, less turned inside out.
It’s true for any player, including the best.
