The owner and management takes the most responsibility of the failure. They dismantled the wining system, from replacing CEO to firing Maldini, then created a chaos managing system, which is a disaster.
It's hard to judge individual players this season though they take some responsibility.
The best is to bring back Maldini and let him run the sporting section. He is the best person to inject the identity to the team. Unfortunately, this is unlikely.

I usually just watch a few minutes of his editorials up until the first commercial on You Tube. His breaking news are usually rumours that I already heard from other sources and are basically just guesses.
