15m is too low for Maignan. He's still starter for the French NT, good age, experienced and a leader. Even if he has only one year on his contract remaining, he is worth more than 15m, we have signed Musah, Chukweze and others for +20m with a year remaining on their previous contracts.

The way I look about sales is.. would I pay 15m to sign Maignan if he were with another club? The answer is YES.
I would accept to sell if the answer was no. If they offered 30m, which I think is a fair value, then I would accept to sell him, otherwise better to keep him and run down his contract.

This applies to the other players as well.

It's a world cup year. They'll both play professionally in order to stay starters with France. I'm sure we have a number that makes it worthwhile to sell now before they go for free next summer, and if no club can give us that then it's probably worth it to just keep them and let them walk for free. Who knows maybe things change and they regain their best form and we renew, but if if that doesn't happen we'll know that we tried to sell and nobody wanted to pay, so we shouldn't regret anything.

It’s a massive failure to be at this point with him. But right now Maignan has all the cards. If 15-20m is the best we can get, maybe it’s better to sell. Having Maignan in the squad for this year (and potentially maybe renewing him) is not worth losing out on 15-20m.

His hate for Leao extends beyond the left winger for AC Milan. He has a personal hatred for him. Constantly calls Leao a "piece of shit". It's almost a head scratcher as to what Leao has done that's so bad.
