He's very talented, a maschine like CM/AM/Wing. Fast, great in 1 on 1 plays, good short passes, avg long passes, solid crossing, good vision. Very expirienced for his age coz he's a first team player for Hajduk since he was 16 or so. He's more used to playong under pressure then any of our players coz Poljud is hell on game day & that crowed does not tolerate bad plays. Juventus, Milan, Chelsea and Liverpool target Renato Sanches “asked to be left out” of the Bayern Munich squad this weekend.

The midfielder only arrived a year ago from Benfica for €35m plus substantial bonuses, but struggled for playing time.

He is not included in Carlo Ancelotti’s side for this weekend and Bayern director Hasan Salihamidzic confirmed a move is on the cards.

“It was Sanches who asked the Coach to be left out of the squad,” Salihamidzic told Sky Sport Deutschland.

The 20-year-old wants to sort out his future as soon as possible, with Thursday’s transfer deadline fast approaching.

Juve are open to taking Sanches on a dry loan, but Milan wanted an option to buy.

Chelsea and Liverpool have also been linked with a swoop for Renato Sanches.

I'm not sure what's more laughable with Milan fans lately - the Kucka or Gomez love.

Kucka is garbage.

People despise Borini but treat Kucka as if he was a Milan legend. Both are all hustle, no skill. At least Borini draws fouls in key areas.

It's a vicious cycle. Clubs want to sign players while they're young to avoid colossal fees. But prices are now based on a players unfulfilled potential. So either way, players with promise young or old go for exorbant fees. Clubs want players young, but don't want to play them until they've grown into the team a bit, young players don't want to waste away and need game time to properly grow and fulfill their potential. Just a vicious vicious cycle futbol has become. Player need more power in how they're dealt with, clubs and agents and destroying young players potential for fees and commissions, it's a fucked up system

Psychologically it's this desperate desire to back a winning horse from an early stage of his career. Partly FM driven.

Then the mistaken understanding of how careers progress (they think it's exponential or minimum a straight upward curve that peaks at age 26-27 for most players) that is also partly FM driven.
