I was saying similar the other day
Is Gerry is an absent landlord alienating those on board with DaPlan, the ones that have asked for time. His silence is fueling team negativity, and really not helping his relationship with them, only fueling their fears and narrative.

If we're broke, what's that actual plan then?

The silence is killing us and when he does talk it's reactionary BS....

Man the fuck up and talk to us for fuck sake Gerry.
Someone is going to have to speak if we continue outside top 4.

I remember you bringing this up and I remarked that fans would give them the benefit but obviously if we continue in this state of absolute futility then everyone will want answers.
That was evident in the Sass match in the second half.

I might be in a minority, but I think we should have sold Leao this window. If he cared about the club he would have signed by now, and we need major investment in defence. Other teams aren't afraid to sell players for big fees and re-invest. Why are Milan?

The shit mercato can be an excuse for not fighting for the scudetto, but this last run of bad games is entirely Pioli's fault. What do you need to win against fucking Torino, Lecce or Sassuolo? Or to embarrass yourself against Merda and Lazio?
I mean, it's not a problem to lose, but the way you lose is problematic.

But reinforcements in certain positions (especially gk) could have helped us, I admit that. An owner watching this shitshow and still refusing to invest money is worrying for our future to say the least.

This is terrible management. Going after bad players like Zaniolo, Osorio with ridiculous bids.
Also they still didnt renew Leao or sold him.

We have no money, so why dont sell Leao ?
Bought him for 30m so, selling him for 80m+ will be a huge profit to make the team better on several positions.

Why Maldini wasting time ? He really wanna wait till his last year ? His value will be cutted in half.
Giving him a 7-8m/year contract is also ridiculous. We are not man city, liverpool, psg, real madrid.

We need money so just sell and move on.

Regarding the article published today by the newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport entitled: 'Leão Milan total break', AC Milan would like to clarify that negotiations with Rafael Leão have not broken down.

The journalistic narration of an alleged frost between the parties is not only totally unfounded but also damaging to the club and its player. AC Milan continues, in fact, the dialogue with Leão and his entourage in a serene and professional atmosphere.

In other news, our Primavera continue their dire run (just like the first team) with a 4-2 defeat to Juve :fp:

However, Camarda scored the only goal of the game for the u16 vs. Brescia and bagged an assist for the NT against Albania :proud:
Primavera is embarassing every year. Scouting doesn't work even on this level
The whole system needs to change
Maldini needs to hire professionals from Monaco, Benfica or elsewhere

Contract renewal talks between Rafael Leao and Milan have reportedly collapsed and the club are now prepared to sell the Portugese star in the summer.

The first was Leao’s salary requests; whilst the exact figures are unclear, what is apparent is that the 23-year-old rejected an offer worth €7m net per season. He took to social media to deny reports that he was asking for a €10m net salary.

The second issue was the release clause. Leao wanted the €120m discussed to be almost halved to around €70-80m, figures the club found unacceptable. Milan preferred to remove the clause entirely, something the Portugese star could not agree to.

Milan have now taken the next steps and have two main priorities heading into the second half of the season: to cash in as much as possible from Leao’s sale and find an adequate replacement before the summer.

With his current contract set to expire in June 2024, it’ll be hard for the Rossoneri to request the kind of fees that Chelsea seemed willing to pay last summer.

I want to be healed by a Leao renewal signing and subsequent hat-trick in the derby.

Good of the club to speak out about it. I assume in part this is having a toll on Leao as well as the poor performance. The money owed to SCP must be holding up the renewal, as I want to trust him (though I trusted Kessie and Hakan...) to renew.
