Vranckx and Thiaw I haven't watched. Unless you have, I'm not sure how you can evaluate what sorts of players they are, whether they were good transfers or not.

I have seen Vranckx play and while I didn't see him a lot last season. He seems to have grown from his time in Mechelen. Where he already was strong, even if it was just Belgian competition. I rather like this transfer. Very interested to see what he would do here this season. I don't think he would become a starter. But sub, maybe at some point in some matches.

Then let's see what he can do. I have confidence in Pioli to assess him

Pogba is Instagram star, last good match was for France, 4 years ago. Di Maria is quality but 35 already. Chiesa didn't play almost a year, big question mark above him. Peredes average player. Vlahović is very good.

You saw the names of player and thats it. Watch what and how did they played before Juve. Ofc mybe I am wrong. But Exepct Vlahović and healthy Chiesa a wouldnt take any player from Juve to Milan.

Pobega is clearly the more advanced of the midfield duo when he's starting, with similar tasks as Krunic.
He got into some good positions and will probably score a few Nocegoals eventually, but his overall midfield game is weak and that's more on him than tactics. He got benched at times at both Spezia and Torino for this specific reason.

Either way.. if you don't have a team to rotate then don't. Just sub people in as required. If you do have / want a team to be rotational then make sure u know their positions.

He's rotating the likes of Florenzi and Saele/Messias for the sake of rotating - and they have proven to be backup quality.
Pobega is only starting because there were no other options.

Nobody's writing them off, they do have quite a good squad over there. But Allegri is still Allegri. Soon he'll play Milik at LW and when his back is against the wall, he'll turn to De Sciglio the almighty.

I thak ladri serious but those names have huge downgrade.
di maria is washed player that simple cant play way he wants and he is just to old to constatly play at high level.

Is he or is he not kessie's replacement ? If he is kessie replacement and he's never played that role then the problem is with recruitment. If he isn't kessies replacement and he's being expected to play the role anyway then it's on pioli.

He isn't krunic's replacement that's for sure. Krunic plays cm cam and lw. He's a body we put out there when we can't field 11 players.

Saele hasn't proven anything. If last season was to go by , pioli was trying rebic at rw just to avoid playing him. He even avoided every opportunity to sub him in by the end. This game proved that point again.

He had options. Barring kjaer the subs should have been starters.

In Netherlands we kind of felt betrayed. He got through all youth systems, facilities, etc. Then we wanted to recruit him for the Dutch NT and he chooses USA. Even his Ajax team mates at that time (frenkie de jong, de ligt, van de beek) were disappointed with him. Club also started to exclude him and eventually sold him. Bit of a rat move if you ask me.
