Boriello is again Milan's player for 6 mln euro untill 2013. He is a sub for gilardino who will of course go to play for Prandelli who is actually a coach that knows his job.

Now we need to focus on finishing Zambrotta and Ronaldinho deals and start palying money for Drogba, then our midfield and attack is completed with: Drogba, Inzaghi, Pato, Boriello, KAka', Ronaldinho, Seedorf, Pirlo, Ambrosini, Gattuso, Flamini. that is finnaly a serious team that can play for scudetto.

then the defence with Mexes, Zambrotta and one more fullback, and Lloris.

Where didi you read that boriello joined us???

Like you care?
Zaragoza exercised their right to purchase Oliveira, so thankfully he's out of the question when strikers are concerned.

Good for him, hopefully he can help Zaragoza get back to the first division.

I think the fee that was arranged with Milan was for just over 10 million euros, so with 14 for Gila & other players leaving with retirement etc & salaries like Ronaldo's no longer their Milan are making some money.

I would not be surprised if Zaragova have got some deal where they can now sell him on for more money, if that is possible. He scored 21 goals last season & in a relegated team that is impressive.

To be honest, Borriello didn't get any chances with us, not like Gilardino did.
He has been here 3 times (and played in low class teams before Genoa and did ...nothing), if Gila was chosen over him there's a huge reason why. One has almost 100 goals in Serie A, the other has 29, both are the same age.

Lilly said:
Even so, last season, Borriello showed flashes of this season's Borriello. He might still score bucketloads against smaller teams, which is something we've always had difficulties with.
Well he played like 5 games, scored a good goal in one of them and did nothing in the rest...if that's showing flashes of this season's Borriello...oh yeah and let's not forget the STD incident (great move, your team is already in striker problems and you get doped, well it wouldn't have changed much). If I at least wouldn't have read that we were going to give him salary then I would have been hopefull that we were going to sell him forever, but no, we are attached to him.

PS-At least Oli is out. I was already getting super scared.

cant believe we are gonna replace gila with borriello he is even worse, oli has gone hes a decent player but only in spain he went for £7mil i think.

£7mil from oli
£11mil from gila

thats £18mil to get huntelaar :D .

but no galliani will buy borriello back for £5mil according to sources, zambro who is still o.k but gallinai thinks hes as good as 2-3 years ago.

we have a chance to get lloris but we wont until we sell a few keepers, abbiati, coppala, storari.

this summer is getting to be as bad as last years, we still think the old players are as good as they used to be we still think borriello after one good season in the past 6 years can lead our attack, we still think our defense is young enough to last a few more years.

galliani has to go he makes up bull-shit about players coming, buys all the crap ones like emo last year.

i fucking sick of it year-in year out in the summer we have to put up with the same old shit we are the best we don't need anyone, the fans shouldn't be disappointed we have the most trophies, who cares about the fucking past we wanna be the best now not 5 fucking years ago, we have scouts, I'm sure gallaini and carlo and whoever else who influences transfers watches other games like us and sees that players like vargas are performing heroics at catania, zapata leading the udinese defense at 21 yet they still go for players who were good 3 years ago won league titles, world cups or whatever, just because they have won stuff 3 years ago doesn't mean they can still do it. look at zambrotta he was horrible against man utd, emerson was shit every time he came on except the fiorentina game why the hell did we sign him.

sorry about my language but there comes a time when you just cant take it anymore and that time is now unless galliani gets his head out of berlu's ass.

FORZA MILAN!!! even with a crap squad, transfers, management.

According to Galliani, he considers Seedorf and Kaka a striker

"We have to stay calm for the market," said Galliani. "As for the strikers, we are not naming names, but we have to buy at least one, because we are missing Ronaldo and if Gilardino should leave we need a new striker, because at the moment we have 4 out of 6: Kaká, Seedorf, Pato and Inzaghi." acmilan.com

So we will most probably buy 2 strikers, 1 of them will be Boriello and the other will probably be Drogba :o Would have prefered Berbatov or Huntelaar or even Gomez then Drogba or Boriello. Drogba's old and we need young.

I would not bet on Drogba because it is not certain Milan would want him & if they did I don't think they will pay the fee because Milan do not pay big fees for anyone & Chelsea will want a massive fee. Finally the guy is 30 years old so a big fee is not the order of the day.

Breath in...breath out. You seriously need to relax man. You've been ranting about transfers since the season ended and even before that. You're getting yourself worked up over something which you have zero control over.

When the transfer period is over then you should rant about who we've signed or not signed. And still then you have to wait to see how they perform on the pitch.

P.S..we're not only getting Borriello. He's the Gila replacement. We're still searching for the Ronaldo replacement/Pato partner.

And for those complaining about Drogba's age...he's quality. Everyone can see that. And how can you complain about a 30 year old Drogba when we have a 34 year old Pippo. No one can tell me that they wouldn't have wanted Luca Toni here last season when he too was 30. Fact is Toni+Inzaghi+Drogba score goals so who really gives a fuck how old they are?

please no youngsters for striker department,we already have Pato who is just 18 and Paloschi who is maturing and progressing quickly,Lets not forget we signed Gila just because of he was young and didnt sign Toni who was old option and saw the results.Drogba is a great player he could be 30 years old and however still can play 2-3 years in highest level and he is what we need in the box,Flamini is a great signings and Borriello is a good signing as he is good as 3rd or 4th choice if you ask me,Zambrotta soon will be ours and probably we will make other 3-4 more signings and i hope we upgrade the central defence with Zapata and one more wing back like Maggio or Dossena for upgrading the wing backs,Hugo Lloris is a great talent,i really would be very happy with a market like this;

Lloris,Zapata,Maggio or Dossena,Zambrotta,Ronaldinho,Borriello and Drogba.

i am so disappointed over barzagli. Is this where his future ends? at fiorentina? sure their squad will be pretty good next year, but really, they will never be a top quality team like milan, inter, juve, or roma. I am so disappointed that barzagli might never have the chance to play on one of the big 4. also, I can't believe we don't get amelia. he's the second best italian keeper only behind buffon and we dont even make a move for him because we want a joke like heurelho gomez? please I will shoot myself if we get gomez. the only keeper that i'd take over amelia would be frey, and thats it... other than that, if we get someone else, its a dumb move plain and simple.

People who use a birth certificate to determine the quality of a player other than his goal scoring record. Well said PF.

Mancini is not that good. Joaquin is miles and miles ahead of him. In case we get him then we'll need another winger. Knowing Carletto's tactics it's very unlikely that we'll get any wingers.

Guys i found a fact about Toni related to Milan...
We had already signed him when he was at Vicenza, then we sold him to another club in a same year. You could find his name on Milan's transfer list in 99/00 or 00/01... why all journalist haven't talk about it??? he is ex milanista..... :D

if we will buy striker, i would like to see only drogba. in second plan, if we cant get him we could sign vučinič! or eto'o or maybe sheva, not adebayor or amauri or toni.

Eto'o Is More Important Than Ronnie

Ariedo Braida has said Eto'o is more important to Milan than Ronaldinho.

I hope that means we will seriously try and buy him. Eto'o is one of if not the best striker in world football. He wont come cheap but we need a striker like him.

Last season he scored 18 goals in 22 games thats very impressive especially after coming back from a serious injury. If we sign him it will show the management are interested in making us a force again.

Trying to breath some air of positiveness thinking that if we are interested in Eto'o we aren't taking Borriello back (specially not a Borriello that is stating that he won't come here if he is the 3rd or 4th striker).
