Official: Milan sell 3 and loan 4 youth players to Varese

Riccardo Fiamozzi is an attacker who was born in 1993.
All these following players are born in 1994:
Emanuale di Graci is a goalkeeper, he was playing with Allievi Nazionali.
Davif Pacifico (who was loaned out to to Novara) he’s a defender..and was playing for the Allievi Nazionali.
Piacenza ( who was loaned to Novara) he’s a defender as well..was playing for Allievi Nazionali.
Marco Bortoli (sold to Novara) he’s a midfielder who was playing for the Allievi Nazionali.
Perluigi Bastone another midfielder for Allievi Nazionali …same case for Luca Cosmai. Nicholas Mara as well.
Gianmarco Di Feo is one of the strikers of that Allievi Nazionali team.

Looking at the team...these players who were sent out..are probably the less rated. The team included Boateng, Cristante, Brunelli, and Speziali...4 who are supposed to be highly rated especially the first two.

Ill keep editing this to bring more info if I can.

2nd edit: Sorry Youth, I just saw that you posted the youth teams that the players that were sold/loaned came from....my bad man.

Wow, transfer news again from our junior teams. The effect of erasing Beretti should play big role for the recent activities with our young players (sold or loaned out). If they are sold, IMO they are less rated (or probably the least rated ones) and the ones who are loaned out (from Allievi) should be less rated from players of Allievi's who are promoted to Primavera.

There should be two possibilities regarding the players (the very young ones, Allievi's or Giovanissimi's players) loaned out to other teams IMO:
1. The players have less talent than the promoted (to Primavera) ones but the difference is not that big. This means, they are capable playing in Primavera competition but not with Milan, although based on their age they still may play in Allievi Championship, since only some of Allievi's players from last season team could be promoted.
2. The second probability IMO is that they are not as talented as players like Kingsley (the promoted ones) and therefore they should play for one more year with Allievi since their age still allows it CMIIW. However we could have many talented players coming from Allievi Regionali and also Giovanissimi Nazionali (where 1st. Maldini Jr.and supposedly very talented fullback Galliani play) which will make some players of existing Allievi's team have to be loaned out.

Anyway loaning out our very young players to other team should benefit Milan no matter how big their talents are (I never thought we would send our Allievi players on loan). Varese and Novara seem our 'feeder' clubs beside 1-2 Serie C1 clubs like Süd Tirol (Stroppa's team).

Btw thanks Charbel for the update.

Wow? Is this a joke? Allievi's player called up to the training of senior team?

Not I am not that happy or that I am against it, but this kind of new really unexpected. It should show that we do count on him. However how could he be called up? As talented as the management (coach) he is a wing forward/striker and we are crowded in that position.

That's even more confusing. :D

We actually have Ibra, Cassano and Comi for two spots (strikers) and Boateng, Valoti for CAM.

Allegri could think that 5 players for 3 spots are not enough. I don't know but it is just surprising how he could be not only called up for training but even more for the friendly.

Btw he is (still) short, isn't he? I looked at his picture beside Boateng and he looks tiny there compared to Boateng. :D

The first edition of the NextGen Series tournament starts on Wednesday. A shame we declined the invitation, because it would have been interesting to see how our boys would fare against foreign opposition.

http://www.nextgenseries.com/what-is-nextgen.php

Do you know why we declined to join the tournament? The tournament seems good competition. Some clubs who owned great youth academy (Ajax, Barca) take part in this tournament even there are no MU, Chelsea or last winner of Primavera AS Roma.

It's Under-16 according to this : http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Campionato_Allievi_Nazionali

I'm surprised Cristante Bryan isn't there, I thought he was one of our better talents. Can Copa Ultra give us a feedback or something?

We have Boateng who was very important but is not Italian. Hope Copa Ultra can tell us more...are we hyping our youngsters..or what?

Great, we send out again some youngsters!

I can't access to the players list of last year's Primavera, Beretti, Allievi (Regionali and Nazionali) and Giovanissimi (spelling?), anyone could tell me where (which class) the above mentioned players played last year?

Is it similar like previous one, most of loaned players are from Allievi (plus 1 player from Giovanissimi) and sold players are the ones who played for Beretti last season? Thanks in advance.

Marco Vita was an Allievi Nazionalli player, born in 1994. He played as a "playmaker" (midfielder) . Here's an interview with him : http://www.calciofaidate.it/?idcnt=221

Federico Del Compare ( we bought him a couple of seasons ago) is a defender who is also born in 1994 and played in the Allievi Nazionalli. Same thing for Alberto Spagnoli, only he is a forward.

Simone Pontiggia, born in 1993, is an attacker. He played with Beretti, but was called up for the Primavera at times. Marvin Maietti is a 1993 midfielder who has the ability to score goals. I'll take a guess and say he was with the Beretti since I don't remember reading his name with the Allievi or the Primavera. Matteo doni is a 1994' striker who played with the Allievi Nazionali.

Thanks Charbel. It seems we sold (want to sell) most of our Beretti players and some less promising Allievi's ones.

Too bad for him (if I understand it correctly: he is injured and seems pretty bad).

yup Calvano suffered a really serious knee injury and will be checked by Dr. Martens in Belgium sometime today. He picked up a serious injury also in his first season with the Primavera.

Thanks for the confirmation.

How about Boateng? Does he choose Ghana (or other African country I suppose)? I read that he was born in Italy.

It is exciting to wait the new season with new coach and new face especially we now have a genuine CAM for our 4-3-1-2 formation, Valoti. Fossati, Hottor and Calvano supporting Valoti with Ganz and Boateng as strikers should promise good thing for us. :D :star:

It is reported that he is "connected" to his Ghanian roots and might end up playing for Ghana, but this doesn't eliminate the possibility of him playing for Italy. Even Ghanians are as confused as we are towards the subject, so we'll know who he decides to chose eventually. What we can wish for now is that he keeps progressing and at the end has the chance to pick a call between Ghana and Italy ( Senior teams) which would thus show that he would have advanced pretty well as a player. Still a long road though, hopefully..we'll be glad at the end.

-edit-
It's still not clear whether has was born in Ghana or in Italy. Some reports claim he came to Italy as an 11 year old, where as others claim he was born in Italy. Guess he'll have to come out and confirm everything.

I highly doubt that, but on Saturday I'll try to look for some...don't think there will be though.

Any news on Hottor. I heard good words about him 1 or 2 years ago and he was very young back then 16 I think. He was called new-Essien.
Is he still in primavera or he's loaned in some Serie B team?
