They are doing what we did when Gattuso and Ambro could run, they move about to pull midfields apart to give Pirlo the space, he'll play short passes to them to get midfields to move towards them, get a short pass back then play it forward. Conte isn't a genius hes copying Ancelotti with a wide front three instead of having a CAM(Kaka) behind two strikers.
