actually i am unsure who disliked the game more. The long time fans or the newgen gamers. The long time fans waited a decade for this and wasnt up to their expectations. One review read :

Good : Diablo 2 with better graphics.
Bad: Diablo 2 with better graphics.

or something along those lines. Too much meh-ness going around atm. Lets see if DLC changes that.

meh, typical 'hipster' gamer reaction to a big hyped game. it starts off with holy shit this shit is gonna be sooooo cool, can't wait. then moves on to omg this shit is soooooo lame, but still gets a fuckload of sales (cos nobody can resist hype ), slowly fake fans are filtered out and we're, left with the proper fans who genuinely love the game and when sequels comes out, everybody (mostly fake fans) will be bitching about how gay sequel is and how awesome the previous game was.

also, long time fans of the previous game will always find out some reason to bash the new game. most extreme case is die-hard fans switching back to the older game.

internet gamers will always bash super-hyped mainstream games (MW3). it's just the cool thing to do. i'd still trust professional gamer reviewer sites over user reviews.

i'm 100% positive i'll enjoy Diablo 3.

So mhmmm i guess ME3 shitstorm has died out and "real" fans are now talking about how awesome it is?



Anyway the best sequel in last 2 years to a game came out on same day as diablo but not many people are talking about. Its Max Payne 3 btw.

Diablo 3 is funny to me because I don't even like these type of games. Yet I play hours a day with a smile on my face!

I am now beginning in ACT 2 (there are 4 acts) on Hell. Getting close to level 60 which will unlock Inferno difficulty. Can't wait.

Anyone on here given Ghost Recon: Future Soldier a try yet? I picked it up last week. Pretty impressed with the overall gameplay, however, I'm not too impressed with the servers. Last friday was the first day for Euro players to play it, and sure enough, the servers crashed for about 5 hours. Somehow in all that non-sense it managed to reset my ranks which was lame. Hard to believe such a fun game can have such shitty servers. IMO, Ubisoft needs to buy into some better servers.... The last two Ubisoft games I've played (Rainbow Six Vegas 2 and this) have had horrible servers.

There is a major difference between FIFA and PES.

PES has the official Champions League, Europa league and Copa Lib. FIFA doesn't have these. FIFA is way more realistic.

I used to play PES like you, but after trying FIFA again since FIFA 10 I am certain FIFA is a lot better. Don't get me wrong though, I play them both with a lot of fun.

To be honest, I fell in love with fifa 12. and when I tried PES 2011 after fifa, I seriously couldn't play it at all. but then I tried the pes 2012 demo and the game, as i feel, had stepped up big time. the thing with fifa is just how routinely it could be sometimes. i do the same passes same shots and end up with the same goals. but pes on the other hand could let you score with a far away shot for example and with one on one you can dribble past the keeper with way more ease than fifa.


Pes 2012 for now, Fifa 13 will be preordered lol
