Breaking stuff seems like toxic masculinity.

I agree with needing fire and some anger but breaking stuff is just stupid and a waste of money.

I'm pretty "woke" and do believe tolerance and communication should be used more in conflict resolution and promoting positivity within a group... But, it can go too "left" and things get too soft.

Sometimes you just gotta throat punch someone to get their attention or a reaction.

I'm no expert though, and I'd like to think Milan have spent money on professional sports psychologists, but it's looking like they dumpster dived at times... I think it's more so that Padre confuses the fuck out of people that the good done by a sports psychologist is probably undone.

I dont think #20 was really in question this season, it was always going to be a rebuild year. And the signings arent bad either. They signed young players with potential. Value wise only Chucky has been a miss. They made right moves on the market.

The problem is Pioli. Hes stagnated a lot as a coach. Its hard to develop players when they miss half the games due to injuries. The quality of football has dropped drastically too. I do wonder how the management reacts at the end of the season, because if this continues and they dont replace Pioli it means we’re okay with being a “top 4” team.

We lost our third highest goal contributor Brahim Diaz for nothing after his dry loan ended. Finished 5th. Lost Zlatan. Had a horrible roster full of duds like Origi. Bennacer was projected to miss half the season, and only had a reported budget of 45 million for last summer. It doesn’t take crazy intuition to see that we weren’t going from 5th to 1st this season. And once Maldini Massara and Tonali left it became even more obvious.

And as far as Pioli staying, it’s probably because he offered some continuity. Its crazy to fire Maldini Massara and Pioli all at once. But someone had to be held accountable, and the short straw was on Maldini and Massara who had a horrible transfer market, while Piolis saving grace was a cl semifinal.
