He is so bad that even great players can look ultra mediocre under him. He makes them lose confidence in their abilities.

Rafa also deserves criticism. His footballing ability is unquestionable. Phenomenal player. His attitude towards the game however is disappointing. He is dipping his hand in too many extra activies like fashion, dance/theatre and crap. You can't reach the top with that sort of attitude. Too many hungry lions around. I’m just curious how Leao fits tactically. Only way is probably a 343, with Pulisic on the other side. Either that or he turns him to a second striker next to Lukaku.

Similar to how Sacchi played Gullit in a 442. It was a 2 striker formation however Gullit was not a striker, he was more of like a floating player behind Van Basten.

You can do something similar with Leao and a striker. Leao kind of floats in all areas, while there is one striker ahead of him.

3 at the back, Theo as an LM with 2 hard working CMs (Reijnders, RLC, Musah,). Would need a new RWB because I don't think Calabria would be suitable. The only issue I see with a Conte formation, is what would happen to players like Adli or Bennacer, I don't know if they are the right profile of midfielder for Conte.

Obviously another huge issue with Conte is the implosion factor after a couple of seasons. If we were to sign him as a manager, we would need to be pretty straight forward with the expecations of money for transfers, which players we can or can't get for him etc. Otherwise He will be getting into a media battle with management
