Any Coach will surely welcomed Seedo in his technical plans as Substitution Player; I believe we need Seedo as a back up for our creativity MF; even if we bring up Lazzari or any AMF; it is good for the team to distribute the efforts on (Pirlo + Seedo + Lazzari + R80); just remember the past season we suffered from the MF Creativeness and Slowness of building a sentence.

Maybe Next year when we bring in a respectful AMF, then we can sell Seedo, but for sure he is in need in this coming season.

The issue is 4 of our 5 mids r slow and old. Pirlo Seedorf Ambro Rino Flamini. 2 of the 4 or atleast 1 shd be replaced mandatorily by fresher, younger legs this year or else we r goin to be in for a horrible season with this midfield.

The worst of the 4 is right now Gattuso and he's the one who shd be sold first. He's just taking Flamini's time away. I'm sure Strasser can do what Rino did last year if we have an emergency and both Flamini and Ambro gets hurt/suspended.

Lazarri or Jucelei or even both will be good options. Both r pretty cheap at 6 million euros each.

Seedorf has had two very difficult seasons with Milan. He is one of my favorite players all time, and he still shows moments of magic. But his ability to add pace and tactical movement to the squad is long gone. The reality is that he can not play with both Ronaldinho and Pirlo on the field... or even one of those other 2. A team can not field multiple players like that.

Watching him tonight, he would be fantastic in MLS. I hope it happens sooner rather than later.

The reality is that we depend on Clarence so much. He's the only technical player we have, capable of running with the ball, linking midfield and attack. He also provides us with the kind of movement, some of our attackers couldn't be bothered of making ... simply because they want, or rather DEMAND, the ball to their feet :proud:

Clarence has always been a great professional, and his work rate when in form is second to none. But he's at the end of his career ... so we probably should bring in a youngster to compete + rotate with him. Such a pity Dinho doesn't have his professionalism, work rate and/or intelligence, in terms of reading play and making telling movement off the ball. Either that or he's too lazy/couldn't be bothered to do so.

:D

If he was popular in Holland, there would have been outrage at him not being called up. That nation treats him like crap from what i've seen and he has a right to support Italy which has probably become like a 2nd home for him.

yeah i guess thats true, but he tried to cover a little after he said that lol

all he needs to say is look at nesta and say old age means your past it, that should shut those guys up.

i guess i kinda feel like there bashing us when they talk about age, mb dorf feels the same way, pisses me off even though it is true with some players.

Seedorf: "We must have patience, we will win" 07/04/2010

Seedorf: "We must have patience, we will win"

Clarence Seedorf launches through the Gazzetta dello Sport, a signal of hope to all the Rossoneri environment and invites fans to be patient and not think about winning just because the projects are built over time: "The club made a good choice, and Allegri has our respect for what he did with Cagliari.

This group has shown what it can do with Leonardo: we joined him. Allegri has a nice story of a coach, there is no reason not to deal with with him as Leonardo and not try to give even more, for best results.

The safety of Allegri despite the lack of money prevents us from closing the gap with Inter? AC Milan can not help but return to high, but be realistic. Allegra is given time to build the team without much pressure: that is for society but also for our fans.

They must think we have to win by force because Inter has won everything. We must put in our place: I'm not saying we can not win, otherwise stop playing tomorrow.

On paper we are not the strongest, but that does not mean anything. advices from the Milan World? Honestly I would say hold on to Milan who has .

To give an example, I'm glad there's Thiago Silva, because I have not seen anyone better than him.

We just need to build the most important thing: enthusiasm. Enthusiasm and motivation. Allegri we have is that we will
" .

Certainly, since the gap with Inter also according Seedorf is still evident, one should try to close move a market that today has seen as the only grafts Yepes and Amelia.

That the statements of Clarence will be the inspiration for the top of Via Turati? The market closes on August 31, but July 20, the day of withdrawal Milanello approaches and the disappointment of fans is growing.

Seedorf: 'Italy better than England' Sunday 4 July, 2010

Clarence Seedorf gives his verdict on the World Cup campaign. “At least Italy fought, unlike England.”

seedorfnews02.jpg

The Milan midfielder is working as a pundit for the BBC in South Africa and gave an exclusive interview to the Gazzetta dello Sport.

It was great to see the fans all mixed together without problems and FIFA organised the tournament very well.

I have to say I was fairly disappointed by the standard of football on show, as the Coaches tended to adopt very defensive tactics.

Apart from Ghana, Argentina, Spain and Brazil, there was precious little to enjoy until the knockout stages.

Italy didn’t even get to that point, having finished bottom of their group behind Paraguay, Slovakia and New Zealand.

When they went out, I think Italy were also unlucky. They went out with a better image than England, as at least they fought hard,” said Seedorf.

I believe an era has come to an end with important players and they need to rebuild. Italy doesn’t have a problem of changing generations, as the young talent is there, even if they should be welcomed into big clubs with more patience.

Mario Balotelli and Sebastian Giovinco must be given the space to grow. I’m sure Cesare Prandelli will be able to build a great side.”

Seedorf also looked closer to home, where Milan have hired ex-Cagliari Coach Massimiliano Allegri.

The club made an excellent choice and Allegri was already respected for what he did at Cagliari.

This squad proved with Leonardo what it can do and there’s no reason why we shouldn’t stand by Allegri in the same way.

It’s natural for Milan to aim high, but Allegri needs time to build the team without too much pressure.

One of the reasons why I couldn't stand Holland winning...the great man that is Seedorf won't take a deserved WC while a prick like Van Bommel will.

Every summer, the day of the meet, past and future become one. That's why, to the microphones of Milan Channel, is the same Clarence Seedorf in recent years, accustomed to the atmosphere of the "first day of school and already looking toward the future that will be:" Back in this environment is beautiful.

"Every time it seems the first. It 's a great feeling because it means I always have reasons."

"Also this season starts with optimism and fans must always have as many expectations and with us, all they have inside

Policy renewals continues downward society Rossoneri. The next player called to extend his contract agreement with Milan is Clarence Seedorf. The Dutch midfielder, who came eighth season with the devil, is one of those players who have a heavy engagement for chronological age he has. In all likelihood they will be presented an extension of the annual contract with curtailment of 30-40% of employment.

Why buy young and motivated when you can have grandpa Clarence "play good football 4 games a year" Seedorf's contract renewed? Fantastic!!!!!!!!! :head::head::head:

Seedorf next to renew and cut

The Dutch attacking midfielder will extend his contract with the Rossoneri to 2012, as he is set to take a 30-40% cut in his wages.

Seedorf, 34, has failed to retrain a first-XI place last season under Leonardo and he looked off-form in many matches, despite scoring some really important goals for il Diavolo.

Ac Milan also are working on the renewal of Kaladze:-)S)
