i think Seedorf's best days are behind him but he can definitely still do an important job for us. His experience is vital for big games, in particular for the CL. Also I think he can really help Robinho and Prince settle into this Milan side and take some of the pressure of the new guys. Dorf is a king!!!!

He's invaluable in big games, he's always likely to score a goal or create a chance.

He's still physically fit, although i think this or the next season should be his last.

Should not be consider a starter anymore, not even against lesser teams. He can be a super sub for some 20 minutes but that`s about it.

squad player! still has wealth of experience and knowledge, young players don't improve without players like this in the squad. War veteran! knows all the tricks of the trade. Still valuable just not to starting 11.

yeah slow plays well 5 games a year in the rest he's shit. we need him and he can do great things but from the bench not really a starter anymore. i think he just lacks motivation he's skilled as fuck experienced as hell but he lacks the hunger which can be till a certain point understandable the man won the cl 4 times that's impressive as hell

Would be really something if he wins his 5th with us. Hopefully then, a statue should be erected in his honor, if one hasn't already.

Clarence is like good wine ...

Blasphemy!

A statue for this '3 great games a season' fraud and not one for the likes of Maldini?

A statue wouldn't do justice to Paolo ... but I hope one already exists.

I was talking in terms of the football viewing public ... and not Milan fans per se. Suriname/Holland, UEFA ... they should all acknowledge one of the greatest midfielders of all time. With so much wanking over Scholes in the media, really ... is there any comparison?

Ah I see. In that case, as long as it's not with relation to his time at Milan, I don't see the harm.

I mean Beckham, of all ppl, had a statue erected and worshiped :head:

Did he not set up the goal with the only good pass of the game....?

So what any damn 30+ year old with experience can have this "vision". Seriously I've seen some shit players give that kind of passes, Ibrahimovich was the one to praise for that one because he had good balance and control. Still can't believe we pay Seedorf 4.5 unbelievable. for what ??? Our management tries to act smart ass with those steals like the Ibra deal but in fact they waste money everywhere on such extensions and paychecks that bring no product. To be honest Ninis or Afellay would be ten times betetr than what Seedorf was today. Even if they turn out to suck, they would have still done better today. At least they would have moved around well and concentrated on every pass they do. Seedorf just acts lazy and doesn't give a hearty performance. Even Gattuso today focused for the whole time he was in and tried to perfect his crosses and passes and gave his best.

This. Ibrahimovic made the goal by a solo effort, he basically tricked the defender and then the goalkeeper, fucking amazing player.

Seedorf pissed me off even more than Dinho today, he's just too damn slow. He kills all our counter attacks by slowing the game down and attempting a back pass, fuck him.
