eh Abate was quality today aside from 1 or 2 minor blips he was one of our better players in fact for much of the game i was thinking what a superb fullback Abate had turned into.

I agree, I was replying to Australiano's post. I rate Iggy Abate very highly this season.

the way abate "cleared" the ball for that loser's goal was beyond ******ed, I have never seen a player at this level make such an idiotic clearance.

Abate is a hard working FB, but hes stupid, dont let me hes gonna get smarter as he grows up, I knew he was stupid when i saw him with empoli.

for now abate can stay as an RB because at LB we are worse off, but I hope oddo comes back to that napoli form and takes his place

Players of Sevilha played yesterday against CR7 too.. and the talk about improvement..

If the guy wanna play RB.. atleast he should know how to defende.. the basics.. dont cut to the middle of the box.. or be like flamini, just say, "i dont wanna play as FB!"

Ok.. i just said that he is not for Milan. He is covering holes in our squad.. coz he is not good enough to his position.

I dont see improvement on him.. just a better defensive work from our midfield.. protecting the defense.

Abate has done well since playing regularly at home to Real Madrid & the Roma game was probably the first where he has'nt been good overall.

Abate has just turned 24 & was a respectable winger without the quality to go any further, but he has all the qualities to be agood right back & he his showing this. He also came up through the Milan Youth System which is always good.

He his quick,aggressive,defends well in one on ones,his positioning is getting better & better,he his decent in the air & he gets up & down well although his crossing can be both good & poor & needs to be more consistent.

haha sorry u trip was disappointing , u do have a bad record though .
what could you do except hope managment see it that way also, allegri not subbing though was much worse.
hope it wasnt all bad you got to see our new signings so that good.

yea i kno tell me about it! i reckon im gona have to start going over to the shi**y lecce and bari matches.. wouldnt mind but i had never been as sure of a victory before going to a match! i reckon Tonino is starting to think im bad luck and he wont get me tickets anymore!

i was sitting right infron of our backline in the 2nd half-jez Nesta is just awesome, i mean the guy hardly puts a foot wrong. Abate also does alot of running, i like him. Prince also stood out as being one of our better players, always showing and giving an option.

very disappointed with Ibra, i kept him on player cam all game and he really looked disinterested and once he missed that 1 on 1 chance in first 20 mins he seemed to just think to himself ok this just isnt my night. heard he went a bit awol after the match and stormed out cos of Seedorf bein so sh*t?
