More than 3 of these players will be gone. I think the only one staying would be Muntari. oh and Boateng of course. Ambrosini is retiring for sure, Nocerino is invisible, Flamini we never know but he is very disappointing. Emanuelson no idea.

I don't think we'll do another major overhaul. Plus selling players is never easy for a big team, we still haven't sold Taiwo :). Also we need some players that can rotate and/or be subbed in for the second half.
This year our big problem was the defense, and filling the gap left by Nesta, Thiago Silva, Van Bommel and Gattuso was not easy and to make up for shaky defense we needed to have more people with defensive duties. Considering that Nocerino is not very good defensively, he was sacrificed more often.
I can't blame Nocerino, he was as good as he was last year not because of his quality in defense, rather the fact that he was able to do a pretty good job in offense. If we stabilize defense, than he'll definitely play more.

I get your point but as ambitious as we are, I dont think we will focus around Nocerino best style of play, if I make some sense. If the right offers come in for Noce he will be gone for sure. He wont be the first the leave but he does not have a guaranteed spot for next year unlike Boa, Muntari and Montolivo

If Noce gets mohawk, then it would be hilarious
I want him to get some play-time this season, I want to see what he can do with Balotelli's presence.

Try this man one time whilst Balotelli is on the pitch. Noce plays best with an Ibra type player on the field, so Antonio may just get his form back!...or maybe remain average.

I agree. I think we should still keep him as a back up. I still think he's better than Traore

^^^ I see your point, but I do not think Noce will stick around if he's not starting XI.IF someone like Napoli or whomever comes along I'd say he'll want to go.even if he is better then Traroe.

The thing is that if Napoli comes along and gives us 4 or 5 million euro(which is still very cheap) then I would sell him, In the current set up this year he isn't really that useful. I wish he played week in week out and that is also one of the reasons I want to see him and Antonini moving on. The roles thses guys have at the moment allow us to sell them anytime. Just look the way that in current set up Anto is 3rd choice LB and even though he is cheap he is propably most expensive 3rd choice LB in Italy. Same for Noce in the current set up as he is relegated to 6th or 7th choice mid now. Those 2 places thses guys keep are not enough for them and block space for some minutes for young stars to play. Parting is beneficial for both sides really.

hahahaha! It's true, I didn't consider that but it's damned true.It is a pity for Noce but like you say things aren't set up for him ,I mean he is in front of Traroe and that's about it right?Even though they're different positions he is sitting in Crisante's spot for next season, I'd expect Bryan to be 6th or 7th choice, so yes if we can get some cash from Napoli or whomever do it.

He should start more often... Especially now that we have Balotelli, IMO he would be great and could start scoring again.
Definitely prefer him over Muntari, who's in completely shit form.

I can't differentiate sarcasm between actual compliments. One thing, though is certain, he's a real morale boosting presence in the locker room and in training. Every interview I've read concerning players have Antonio as the most fun and likable guy around. Maybe he can be average on the field, but having fun and being in a good state off the field is always wanted.

I just can't believe he became worthless.. he was so good last season.
People are saying its because Ibra is gone.. but now we have an ibra-esque player in Balo so why not give Noce another chance?
I love the guy and IMO he should be given another chance regardless of his future at Milan.

Nocerino not thinking of his future

Antonio Nocerino has insisted that he has never thought of leaving Milan, despite being left on the bench for the Rossoneri's last four games.

The Italy international has seen himself forced out of Massimiliano Allegri's starting XI recently, but the 27-year-old has claimed that he will work harder than ever to get back in the team.

“There are players who are in better condition than me,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “It is right that the Coach makes these choices.

“I have never thought of leaving Milan. First you have to think of the team, and qualifying for the Champions League.”

Actually, there were interviews with Nocerino saying that he's not sure if he'll be able to handle another year like this especially considering that the World Cup is in a year and he wants to be part of the National team.
