pipoo is a lot like carlo nice smart and he wants player to respect and love him also in last 4-5 years we never had so much work with ball in first 2-3 days of begining

There is really no way to tell how good someone will be as a coach based on training vids and reports.. He can be judged after maybe 2 or 3 months of competitive matches..
