Blunenine conveniently leaves out SMS as a potential transfer target for us despite the fact that we have the best odds of signing him from betting websites

Cheeky lol

Nothing cheeky about it, it seemed (and still seems) like a crazy rumour. Ditto re Modric to Inter, but at least in this case the player is pushing for the move, which can sometimes make a difference.

Anyways, I've added SMS now. Not that it makes any difference, I still don't see it happening. Rabiot is more likely.

How the fuck can Napoli sell Duvan Zapata for 17m but we cant get rid of Bacca for even 15m?

because Zapata is 27 and bacca is 31
zapata has better physical attributes and he holds the ball well unlike a poacher like bacca. bacca is better everywhere else.

zapata is trash but it is what it is.

“They want me to spend millions on buying new players but then they are the ones who buy fake jerseys, make counterfeit merchandise and push through the turnstiles without paying. So they challenge me too and I’ll do the same with them.”

Guess the president :D

Season predictions:

Juve to win the scudetto, but not by a huge margin.. Cristiano to score about 20-22 goals.

Inter, Milan and Napoli to complete the top 4.

Roma, Lazio should be 5-6, but Fiorentina will give them touch competition till the end.

My predictions:

Juve to win their 8th consecutive Scudetto, thats an easy one.

Inter, Roma and Milan to win the CL spots race ahead of Napoli, Lazio and Fiorentina.

But this is very tough to call. I think (I hope) Inter have done enough this summer to make sure of Top 4 finish again. Apart from that, its very difficult to pick the final two who will complete the CL list. I seriously doubt it will be Fiorentina, and I have a feeling Roma will take one of the spots. Milan are looking much stronger than last season, the only doubt is on Gattuso's lack of experience. Lazio are pretty much the same as last season, so they could achieve it too. Napoli are a very big question mark, no idea what to expect from them after a historic points total last season - maybe Ancelotti will come to his senses and stop experimenting with that high line of defence, and they will start performing like last season again.

Whatever happens, this is going to be an amazing competition behind Juve this season for the CL spots.

haha yes chievo

Ronaldo has looked really good.

I think the other juve players all want to prove they are better than him. Ronaldo finds great space, and they dont seem bothered to pass.

definitely first game and itll take time.

but maybe some players wont gell with Ronaldos need to be king.

fuck juve, also seems they rely on pace with both wings and posession. overplaying everything.

but they do look strong depending on the other team letting them do as they please with it anyway
