well...i saw the udinese match, and the parma match, but not the cagliari match. even so, mario is not a direct zlatan replacement. he plays much more different than him i think. and i see our team mates getting more involved with mario, than our previous team did with zlatan. idk if that was up to those players or not but right now, we play different than how we used to with zlatan. mario...he's able to be special all on his own, but he can be more special with the right players around him. and that's what we see imo. his chemistry with niang and el shaarawy is good, and will be pretty dangerous as they play together and grow.
the way i see it, el shaarawy should not struggle to have an impact on the game and instead it should be easier for him to link up with balotelli and create scoring opportunities. even before balotelli's arrival we saw his link up play with niang which was good. capable forwards with technique and skill, good decision making and vision can only help each other.
