The problem isn't the formation; it is the personnel. Nocerino is invisible, Montolivo is late on everything, and Niang is killing fluidity. Right now, even with an off Montolivo, we could be great with a solid LCM and any other RW.

I'm almost sure that something like this would work million times better than utterly passive 4-3-3 that we're playing now.

Eto was the only good,consistent player. Messi was nothing till pep made him who he is. Xavi wasnt the pass master he was under pep and iniesta was the assist man he was under pep. Pep brought out the best in those players. One of the reasons why under rik they didnt exactly win much
