This team just can't play 4-3-3 with passive midfield like this. Balo simply isn't Ibra and I don't know how much Allegri needs to get this.

The problem isn't the formation; it is the personnel. Nocerino is invisible, Montolivo is late on everything, and Niang is killing fluidity. Right now, even with an off Montolivo, we could be great with a solid LCM and any other RW.

Mexes was standing in our goal and Zapata was doing fuck all. It was their fault. Both should be marking the danger-man at corners...
