Muntari's problem at Milan arent his abilities, his problem is his reputation. He is not wordclass, has clear weaknesses, but he is without a doubt a very useful player to have.

If this was the case just to get rid off him, they would surely do it.

We are paying his salary which is I think 2.5M a year, shocking how G manages to fuck our budget once again with overpaid avarage players who sometime ago used to play for big clubs.

First team starter? I doubt. But never say never. We built our last generation of midfeilders off inter rejects. We're Milan ... Miracles do happen. He's reaching the peak of his career, has lived in italy for some time now, and at least seems to have enough respect for his work to convince allegri to field him. More experience, little less idiocy ... Hopefully that will happen. If not, well then he'll make a useful squad player at the very least. Good deal if you ask me ... For free.

Yeah he IS a very good sub to have and he's pretty versatile. I just don't think he's good enough to start for us.

People must not forget that he has been abused at merda for 2 years that really affects your playing style. He is a good player when given the confidence just look at is Udinese and Portsmouth time and he has scored 2 fabolous goals at the 2 World Cups he played. Next season we will see the old Muntari again and i hope the fans give him a fair chance.

its a very nice goal, but I think im with everyone that believes Muntari isnt starting material.

But greatkalu is right, the way we take players and get the best out of them means we wont know until we see him play. We really do have the whole moneyball movie concept, taking players who will contribute what it will need to win for the lowest cost, while getting rid of the big stars who have massive wages.

But that concept is flawed, especially in one of games like finals where the bigger players make the difference.
