At this point, Honda (for under 5m, IMO, we shouldnt pay more than 3m), a CB, and a BACK UP CF for cheap is all we need.

CB - isnt necessity, more like a luxury. Mexes and Zapata are good enough for now, Zaccardo, Bonera are good back ups and Jherson Vergara is supposed to be a big talent.

CF - shouldnt need to spedn too much money here either. IMO, everyone has forgotten about Maxi Lopez. I think he would be a good player to have as Pazzo is out and Petagna isn't reliable should Balo be injured or suspended. Maxi gave his 100% every time he played for us and never bitched about being on the bench. Also, he is Serie A proven and can hold up the ball against those small teams in Serie A.

How much did he go to Udinese for. Honestly, as bad as our midfield, we should definitely look to strike a deal, loan with option to buy + 50% of some youth player to get him back.

In response to your comment, I don't think Strasser is BAD. However, injuries definitely stunted his development. Against Lecce that year I remember he gave our midfield (namely Ambro) fits with his physicality and intercepted and won balls against ours (it was Ambro, Noce, and MVB that game). I honestly thought he would be a good player for us. But since his injuries and he came back to us, he never really looked promising again.

Also, teams want Strasser over Traore because of Traore's ungodly wage, not because a lack of ability.

I know you disagree with USC about his age thing. But the thing about Strasser is that he stopped getting better. Regardless of his age. Maybe a change of scenery is what he needs.



Have to disagree with you again: remember when we gave HALF of Acerbi for HALF of Constant? And this is AFTER Acerbi's first half of season with us which was average at best.

Why? Im Milan fan, i like Abate and De Sciglio but not Mexes or Bonera, i like Montolivo and De Jong but not Traore, i like Balotelli, El Shaarawy and Niang but not Robinho. What im doing bad? Im just saying that we have to invest because we need one AM and one CB.

mexsex is unpredictable, not shit. He is world class if he chooses to be but he can simultaneously be error prone as well which can be really frustrating at times. He is a quality player nonetheless and we should keep him, the second half of last season he was bawws.
