We're still in 4th, and only 2 points off second (technically 2 points off of first at the moment, but Inter hasn't played yet).

He has had to deal with multiple of his best players being with the first team.

Looking at results just isn't a similar comparison because there are differences in squad strength.. like Sassuolo is in 3rd, doesn't mean that if you promoted their primavera coach to the first team that they would start winning a ton more.
