You know I bet there are Inter fans in their forum still talking about how that brk guy thinks we're going to be bankrupt
The difference is he was proven wrong. I never said they will go bankrupt, though. It’s a risk but they’ll probably start to downsize enough where they can no longer compete with us, while we keep growing. The inflection point will happen soon.

My choices to coach Milan next season are:

De Zerbi
Abate
Gallardo

In that order.

Most probably we gonna hire someone that will get fired midseason, been replaced by Abate.
Yep, Gallardo is definitely interesting.

There are actually a few good options out there, I'd be pissed if we get one of the worst ones (I.e. Lopetegui, italiano, fonseca...)

This basically means: we will never spend big if we don't sell one of our big players, sad story
We have to keep in mind that were on a different path now.

The goal is to increase the cash flow and keep growing the good image of the institution.

We do have a bunch of supports for this kinda of goals in the world of sport righ now, and trophies at this moment aren't our priority.

For example, Conte wants money and big players to win trophies, the club wants young players to be developed by low cost coaches.. everything, i mean, EVERYTHING indicates that Abate is on our near future.

Maybe this is Ibra's cunning plan? Choose a deliberately bad option, wait for it to fail and hand over the first team to your friend by november

: ибралол:
I dont know, looks dangerous and risk for someone that just started the job. If he pull this out, he would be starting like a all new era of the football mob.

Fair

I don't think they'll capitulate or anything but they won't hit their ceiling in this cycle because of the spending limits as seen this season and last. Maybe selling Lautaro and using the 70m or so Marotta will have available perfectly can help them make the jump

RDZ.

Motta.
You really think we steal Motta from Juve? That would be something.

Allegri staying Juve would be a double win for us.

I imagine if they are giving up Motta to Milan is because they want Conte

Good analysis on the shape in the Roma game. But nothing that hasn't been discussed 100000 times in here. We see it time and time again, not only in big games, but also against the small clubs in Serie A. Not only when we win, but also when we lose.

The fact is, this team gives away A TON of goal scoring opportunities to the opponent...no matter who the opponent is. It's blown out in the media when we lose, but in truth, it happens in every single game. I can't remember the last time I watched a Milan game under Pioli where we shut down shop and didn't allow much in our own half. That doesn't mean parking the bus by the way. It means smart, cohesive and compact football. You can do it with pressing in the opponent's half, you can do it by starting the press at midfield and you can do that by sitting deep. Don't care which way you choose, but it's something that has to be done if a team wants to win a title.

But, under Pioli, especially this and last season, we haven't seen that. Not once. And surprise surprise, Pioli's kamikaze football 1v1 defending all over the field failed us YET AGAIN. Multiple times during the game, by the way and not just on the goals they scored. We were only saved by that red card, otherwise we were heading toward a total disaster and embarrassment with the way we were defending.

And yes, of course, the players have to hold some responsibility as they have to interpret movements in the game like it was explained for Tomori and Calabria.....but at this point, it's clear as day that this is down to tactics. It's clear as day what the instructions are. FFS in every game we see an ocean of space in front of the back line because the midfielders are dragged by their marks all over the field. So many times we see players too worried about their own mark than stopping the immediate danger.

I understand making mistakes. Misinterpreting games and movements. Being outplayed. Etc. What I don't understand is how one can be SO stubborn and arrogant to keep repeating the same mistakes.

I don’t care much about coach. Who is the striker we are getting. That matters most.

They"ll have the motivation to win tomorrow and pay us back for that 2022 season.

Im not confident our boys will change something tomorrow, every time they need to step up and show character, they never fail to dissappoint me.

I will find a way to deal with that humiliation tomorrow, and i wish it to be the last one.

Its wrong to put all that pressure on our boys for a meaningless game.
Would have rathered all that energy for the Roma game.

For me, this game will really show who actually cares. Cares about the club, the fans and about their own pride and dignity as football players. It can happen that we lose. But I want to see selflessness and 100% fight for 90 minutes. Those that don't show that can be shown the door. Because more than anything else and regardless of the score, this will be a test of character.

Players still kinda behind him was the only (maybe) reason he stayed past last season.
But it was evident, very early this season, that this eroded quick.
The players, started openly WTF his decisions (like us).
RLC substitute, with Theo and Rafa contesting was just a sign.
Recently even Bonera WTF’d him.
At this point, it’d be safe to assume that only IPad man “understands” him…not sure that even his twin brother does.

Maldini in his interview said something about him (Steven) being abandoned … he was the Charismatic figure that brought serenity, feel of belonging that is conducive for success … this management (Furlani and co) , I feel, thinks “you sign players and win” … creating the right environment is a huge part of it…and even if they wanted to do it, they simply don’t have the aura to do it.

The derby is never meaningless. Even if it doesnt bring anything its a huge game.

The season is basically over tomorrow and they better show up.

I think that's also where Diddi is trying to say it's easy to always blame the coach but the players are constantly making seemingly easy errors too. The blame has to be shared.
I have always said the players have to share in the blame but reading that breakdown it comes across as the coach comes up with a viable plan but the players keep doing the wrong thing.

If the players always keep doing the wrong thing and still play then there is only one to blame for that. If you place players where they are fish out of water, there is only one to blame for that.

I would much prefer he say the coach got this wrong or this part was working and then this went wrong. These analyses from the Roma tie seem to constantly put blame on players. The issues happened early enough for correction and kept happening.

Who prepared them and who didn't correct them.

There are things to blame the coach for and things to blame the players but constant lack of attention to detail by multiple players can only fall one place. That isnt a talent deficiency issue.

Why bother - this shall be all over shortly.
If it isn't then all hope is lost until the club is sold or we are finally playing in San Donato

too many great players to list but if pushed all time favorite player: Maldini

The players must play this derby as if they are going to war. They cannot allow inter to take a hold on the game and Pioli if he wants to make it out of Milano alive had better not fall for the same tactical trap (again!) I echo my previous sentiment when I say I hope Milan’s player ignore Pioli and at the very least delay inters Scudetto win by taking all three points.

Forza Milan ❤️🖤
