He's been very critical of Pioli as of late, and he's always been criticizing Piolis defensive set-up since months. Just the other week, I posted his analysis of the home game against Roma where he expressed all his frustration and disappointment about Pioli and his staff refusing to adapt while keeping the errors that every match analyst by now has understood how to exploit.

I guess to not sound like a broken record he wanted to highlight some of the players errors for a change. As an analyst, he sees things differently and has a better schooled eye than most of us probably to see when a player fails or when the tactical set-up failed him. And of course, both things can be true in the same game.

Unfortunately these interviews take a lot of time for me to transkript and translate and I don't get to bring you all of them. Even the last one I didn't have the time to do properly and it came out a bit sloppy so maybe the tune is a bit off too. But trust me, he's not happy with how Pioli is coaching the team.

I mean after transkripting it I use DeepL for translation. But translating spoken Italian is just the first part. Then I try to reformulate the translation in a written, more polished English so that it doesn't come across like some weirdly translated quotes posted on Twitter where we sink the blow and stuff like that.

I try to use Chat GPT for that part but sometimes it exaggerates the shit out of it and it sounds way too sophisticated and unrecognizable so I compare it to the raw translation and try to find a middle way that remains true to the tone and intention of what Diddi is saying in Italian.

Not the worst idea in the world,he's clearly aiming for a draw.
Like most things could easily backfire.

Pioli is playing chess. He’ll play Leao out of position then blame him for sucking it up in that role in his post match interview when they lose. Didn’t Leao say he hated playing centrally when they played a 3-5-2 when they were struggling earlier this season? Not to mention Leao is pretty lazy. Inter’s CBs will just make things difficult on him and he’ll lose interest.

Im kinda disagree, limitations a side (clubs-squads), his teams no matter what, are always playing with a lot intensity, volume, its really nice to watch.
