wouldn't get one of the best LBs in the biggest league in the world if there wasn't any risk
I guess so Can't help but think we missed a trick with De Cuyper. Brighton are a savvy outfit. His injury record is risky and we don't have a great history with fragile players. Although his 22-23 season was top tier

yeah but also Brighton don't exactly need an excuse to sell a starting player to replace him with a younger one, they do it as a habit

as long as he's good at Milan it's all that matters

We’re only playing around 45 games this season. Great year for the likes of Modric and injury risk players such as RLC.

I’m wondering if I should get this years shirt or just wait for next year since it will have the scudetto badge on it.

This market seems to finally be taking shape. Hopefully in the end we will get what we need

You guys are trying to argue about Origi as this unique financial problem that we will never recover from, meanwhile... we've spent a lot of money on Emerson Royal, Chuk, Musah, RLC, Morata, Pellegrino, Terracciano, Pavlovic, Felix, Walker, Okafor, Sottil, Bondo, etc.

But even with the absurdly lopsided transfer ledger--ooo we sold Theo on his last year!--there still is this, minor, tiny, little problem:

We got 8th place.

But have no fear. We aren't losing that much in a single year, don't worry.

We only lost 100m.
That we will never recover from? Really? The biggest fuck ups that are deadweight on out books are Bennacer, Origi and Adli. And all of them are remnants of a bygone era.

As for others...Royal is willing to leave and would leave if Fonseca wasnt the biggest fucking moron who decided to play him so he got injured. Musah we can clearly sell for solid money and we are obviosly moving on from Morata on a financially positive deal. We also cut our lossess from Felix and Walker. (Sotill, Pelegrino, Terra, Bondo... Wtf? How do they even matter?)

You can criticise this ownership for a lot of thing but being financially irresponsible is not one of them and trying to move on from players when they see that someone is not working out is imo one of the things that they actually do somewhat ok

Some of the latest whispers say Allegri might be ditching the 4-3-3 for a 3-5-2 – which honestly wouldn’t be the craziest thing. It'd explain why the Pubill talks suddenly cooled down. He’s a textbook conservative RB, not exactly screaming wingback, so if we’re shifting to a three-man backline, he just doesn’t fit the bill anymore.

Tomori at RCB, Gabbia centrally, Pavlo LCB – that tracks. Estupinan would bomb down the left as LWB, and on the right you’d probably rotate between Saele and Jimenez – both more useful there than as traditional RBs or RWs anyway.

It’d also make those "Allegri sees Leao as a second striker" rumors a bit more plausible. And if we’re really going for a 3-5-2, having a physical target man like Vlahovic à la Giroud makes total sense too – someone to absorb pressure, hold up play and feed off Leao’s chaos.

The catch? Pulisic. If this is the plan, it basically means Allegri is benching one of last season’s most productive players – right from the start. That’d be a massive statement. Or maybe just a tactical gamble that’ll blow up in his face.

Either way – we’ll probably learn more in the Arsenal game. For now, it’s all just tea leaves and Allegri mind games.

So i also hit the Brighton forum & majority think he has a good personality & they wish him the best.
He was playing great before injury & just good after it.
So as it seems if we able to keep him healthy this could be a really good player for us ala Pulisic.

I think you could conceivably play in more of a free attacking role where he can provide width from the right or left depending on the attack... so more of a 3-4-3 esque lineup, with Leao playing off of the CF and Pulisic finding space to help create for them.

midfield gets weird here, but I think that will be a puzzle throughout the season regardless

17M + 2M add-ons is actually a decent deal.

If we were going three at the back we would be targeting CDs since what we have isnt enough to maintain that formation & we wouldnt target as much CMs as we are.

Serie A champions Napoli signed Lang, KDB, Bukema, Lucca and still figthting Inter for Lookman, Inter signed Sucic, L Henrique, Bonny and pushing for Lookman, Juventus signed David, Sancho ... all of them without loosing any of the key players from last season. Roma completed the transfers of Wesley, El Aynaou, and Ferguson, while our Milan sold Deers and Theo. with all the respect two players that could actually make a difference, both playing for their NT etc... what kind of future is ahead of us???? we lack at least 2 starting FB, Jashari and probably a starting CF to be competitive. ok i can leave with just a solid Gimenez backup if the other 3 positions are filled properly. Estupian, Doue, Jashari and Boniface/Vlahovic are minimum to be competitive.
but watchout what you are saying cause all the furlani and redbird orphans think this is the only way forward, and we can only sell if we want to buy someone and every summer a star player should leave, because we are poor so poorrrr and we shouldnt even think of competing for titles. and this is stellar management, everythhing else is nonsense.

Now that Pervis is in the bag, can anyone substantiate that claim that Transfermarkt gave us incorrect injury figures for him in the last 2 seasons? The claim was that he only missed 21 matches over the last 2 seasons, and not 54 like that website claimed.

I am not confident in your players at all. They lack talent and have a loser mindset.

He says this with a straight face when Tomori is sitting there.
