i dont think signing maggio would be a good option right now i think we should sign him and keep him at samp for another season because were more than covered on right back: zambrotta, oddo, bonera

i read abate wants to return to milan, he said he doesnt want to stay at empoli he prefers to come back to milan but doesnt mind going on an experience somewhere else, i think we should sign him as he can provide good cover for our attacking midfielders and he can add some width to the team since he plays on the wing
you forget... zambrotta can also play left back and is also awesome at it. Therefore we will have zambrotta and janku at left back, and oddo and maggio at right back.

Maggio had a great season with Sampdoria by scoring 9 goals and was one of the real thing behind Samp's success this season, i would be lying if i say am against the move. I also heard he is in Ancelotti's wish list as in case if we invert our style of play during the season to 4-4-2 he will fit in perfectly as he can play equally good in right wing player.

Not only does an eleven year old have his own thread, but it already has three pages.
Goodness, if you want to open a thread for an eleven year old, why not Christian Maldini.

lol what player :D great combination between Paolo and Adriana will definitely get a gorgeous looking player with a fantastic skill to play as LB or CB like his Daddy

.......meanwhile, as far as full backs go:
Real Marcello, Drenthe, Ramos, Salgado Heinze
Barca: Sylvinho, Alves, Marquez Puyol (yip he plays fullback too) Abidal
ManU: Evra, Brown, Silvestre
Arsenal: Sanga, Clichy
Chelsea: Ashley cole, Ivanovic, Bridge,
Inter: Maicon, Maxwell, Zanetti Caesar, Chivu

ARE YOU F**KIN SERIOUS?
Of course the list gets more embarrasing when comparing the forward line :head:

Are you his dad or something? he is good for 11 old, but many kids are good in that age and that doesen't mean he is going to be the next ibrahimovic.

But yes I would want him in Milan. Good youngsters are always a positive thing for our youth team.
i do not have relation with him. As u see He's very talented obvious.

Then there's always the fact that the top attacking wingers like:
CR7, Quaresma, Nani, Giggs, Malouda, Simao, ribery etc have never been even rumored to come to Milan ....except for Galliani's brilliant admission that we could have had Ribery......Oh wait we had Ba...ok I take it all back!

Good options for collecting pension checks maybe. Let's say that a speedy attacker was running head to head with ANY of the above.....who do you think would be most likely to catch him:

a)none of the above
b)it doesn't matter because the attacker will run the other way because we're world champs
c)no biggie....press L1 and "x" and "circle" and another defender will appear
d)Maldini is faster than Asafa Powell anyway and the squad is god' gift to football

i really cnt see fiorentina selling one of there top players to us let alone any player at all, so i think mutu will join someone else if he leaves as he is bound to attract interest from somewhere else

I think that Oddo will be a good choice as he has proven that he is a fighter in defense, though his offensive skills leave much to be desired. Sometimes he fouls the opponent, but most of the time he's very able at the right in defense.

Jankulovski is also pretty fast, and he might catch up to him but his defensive skills are not up to the task, hopefully Euro will prove me wrong.

And Zambrotta still has a lot in himself. I'm sure he will keep many attacks at bay this season.

The question is will he be willing to spend another year playing in the UEFA CUP?

Tottenham has also made some really good signings in Modric and Dos Santos to go alongside Keene & Berbatov & Lennon.

He might give it one more year.

AC Milan in talks for Sao Paulo defender Miranda
**************.com - May 27, 2008

AC Milan are in negotiations with Sao Paulo for defender Miranda.
The 24 year-old's full name is Joao Miranda de Souza Filho and he has previous experience in Europe with France's Sochaux.

Corriere della Sera says talks are already at an advanced stage between the two clubs for Miranda.

dos santos is overrated and only 18. lennon is 20. modric might be epl ready but they r far from challenging... making good strides, but i think berbatov will leave. probably beter for tottenham too. cash in on him sign a couple more younger guys build the team

Watching U/11's match is like watching a cricket match. You have no future in the game unless you bag about 10 goals per match (including the GK).

they need to cool down on all the transfers they buy around 10 players each season, too many changes is just as bad as too little changes you need to build an understanding between teammates

Serie A - Chelsea permit Drogba talks with Milan

Chelsea have given Milan the green light to approach Didier Drogba about a possible transfer but they are not willing to sell back former player Andriy Shevchenko.

"Chelsea have authorised us to open negotiations with Drogba," the Serie A club's vice president Adriano Galliani said in an interview in La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"Unfortunately, the response we feared came (for Shevchenko). Chelsea consider Andriy unsellable. This epilogue makes us very sad."

Galliani said that the seven-times European champions had also started talks with the agent of Barcelona forward Samuel Eto'o.

He said the Cameroonian was willing to consider a move to the San Siro even though Milan would play in the UEFA Cup next season after finishing fifth in Serie A, but he added that they faced stiff competition from English clubs to sign him.

Galliani reiterated that Milan were interested in Arsenal's Emmanuel Adebayor too, but said they had not asked the London club for permission to make an approach.

Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger has warned Milan not to try to lure away the Togo striker, whose contract with the Premier League outfit runs until 2011.

Wenger said in a separate interview with Sunday's Gazzetta that he was confident Arsenal would hang onto Adebayor and fend off Real Madrid's attempts to sign Spain midfielder Cesc Fabregas.

"There is no chance that Cesc will leave Arsenal so I hope they (the fans) are reassured," he said.

"(As for Adebayor), in this case the situation seems clear to me too, given that his contract was renewed recently."

Galliani also told Gazzetta that Milan had agreed to buy the half of Luca Antonini's contract they did not already own from relegated Empoli, with whom the midfielder played last season.

typical! "milan(galliani) has started talks blah blah blah"... "milan(galliani) edging towards blah blah blah!" theres only one thing we will never see: "Milan sign ...."
Y cant galliani just shut the F*** up and actually do something, rather than going across the world, blowing his trumpet about the fact that he is having friendly conversations with clubs for their strikers.
