So by popular ( or my desire ) demand i give u the official ULTRA`S thread .

Post here pictures ,stories etc all related to the ultra phenomenon ,it does not matter if its Milan related or not.

Just one rule: try to keep it civil if u see a rival fan of your local team( i would not want to put such a rule but the mods won`t approve of it for sure ) .

So let me start i`m a "ultra" of my local team Poli Timisoara our colors are like Fiorentina ,our main rivals are uta arad ..and also we don`t quite get allong whit Dinamo Bucharest and Steaua Bucharest fans

We should have a few ultra threads that didn't survive. For me the best part is coreo. I even browse Inter forum from time to time just because they have a good ultra thread with pics. Yesterday I saw Juve made a pretty nice 'flag' for their standards. Anybody got a pic? I saw it before second half.

And yeah the stadium is old school cause well its old ...there`s some plans to make a new stadium but they have been put to a halt for a year now.But i like this one ,i grown attach to it

BTW our ultras were loudly heard yesterday too. Was very heartwarming to notice it after silence in derbies and Maldini's comments like we are playing away at one point. (maybe it's new to me as I didn't see much last season)

Yeah there`s a guy whit a mega phone in the middle of the curva sud who gives the tone and cor donates (sp? ) the coreos .

As a side point, maybe I should give some background about Aberdeen fans and the Scottish/UK scene as a whole. Firstly, the "Ultra" scene in the UK isn't that big, although the Red Ultras are among the leaders of the movement. The word Ultra has come to mean something slightly different over here, in that it has nothing to do with violence (that's a whole other movement, and one that Aberdeen, rightly or wrongly, have played a huge part in, although maybe it's not for this thread?) or with being more passionate fans than anyone else, it simply refers to the groups who make coreos, banners etc. Unfortunately, fans are restricted to a ridiculous degree here - we're not allowed flares, there's a very real risk of being kicked out of the stadium if you sing "offensive" songs (if you're not a Rangers or Celtic fan, that is), and in Aberdeen's case, the club is a total pain in the arse about displays. For example, we used to have a huge "surfer" banner of an AFC shirt, but the club and police banned it because it covered the windows on the fucking corporate hospitality boxes underneath

For reasons like this, it's pretty difficult to create a great atmosphere at home games. Away games are much better, as you basically have anything from 500 - 5,000 hardcore supporters packed into a small space. You still get far too much hassle from police and stewards though

3 Years Ago, I wasn't a football fan.
The Fan Ban has been for about 3 years(Political Problems).
In addition, they Play in another city, since the Stadium we have here sucks(We, The Citizens in the City and some of the People who are Now In Australia and such, are funding the club in-order to improve the stadium).

Hopefully soon they will play and I will go to see them.

Well, you said previously that football would be better without the hate - that's what the government here wants. And it means less atmosphere and lower attendances, year upon year. And don't get me fucking started on police and stewards telling fans to sit down! Hopefully in a few years time we'll have "safe standing" areas like they have in Germany. Seems unlikely though

We could cope without flares (they've never really been that popular here anyway), but it's the feeling that you're constantly one step away from being thrown out or arrested that ruins the atmosphere.

Nice videos Calum1903 ,loved the one whit the locked stadium,and yeah i know about acid boys hope Cavese gets into serie B next season there fans deserve it

We have the same problem here whit flares there now allowed and it sucks that if we use them(its not that hard to get into the stadium) the team gets point deduction stupid rules.

I know, it sucks. Hopefully soon enough the Stadium here would be fully-fixed and they come here to play.

They Play in the Lebanese League(Serie A).
They got relegated , and Now they're back.
Hopefully we will not get relegated, although many of the Fans think it is much better for them to stay at the 2nd Divison for a While, and Build up a team that can actually do something.

With some Money In, we can create miracles

Well, not sure about the rest of Lebanon, but Most.
I know 2 of the players in the club very well, and they have to do other jobs in-order to keep themselves and thier families living.

Anyways the Club right now is in a Development Stage.
The Youth Academes have been introduced, and also now we have a Fut Sal team.

Money and The Bad Situation(political wise) around here are the main problem.
Soon hopefully, we"ll turn into Professional, and Compete in Wolrd-Wide Stages.

its the al-faisaly fans, a good club does well in asia, the best in the country, has a long time rivalry with al-wehdat, who are seen as the club of the palestinians (since wehdat is a palestinian refugee camp in Amman) and faisaly is the club of the Hashemite monarchy, I dont support either, I like both, I find wehdat to be wilder but Faisaly also have a nice atmosphere and the fans are funny to watch a game with, always making fun of their players, and eating sun dried seeds and drinking tea or coffee
