No i did not hit it,i feel pain in left side of my neck,and when i turn head in that side it is realy painful,also when i sit,lay or get up i feel pain.Maybe it is because i start to lift weight recently,but Im not sure,I never had those problems before.Im going to pharmacy now and will see what they recommend me.
