Sensible and clever IMO.

Strangely enough, feeling confident now. Depends a lot on whether Nesta-Silva can pull it back together.

Without Pique, there are areas where we could pose a threat. Particularly if Abidal-Adriano understand ain't strong, Abate-Boateng can link up well there and feed Pato.

I like this lineup except that Ibrahimovic is not playing and it's Urby there. It would have been much better if Robinho was fit and we could have played this formation.

I was trying to say that Mexes is under a ban IIRC reading the press-kit. But from what I understand gazzetta is telling he is simply injured. Not a big problem though, as IIRC he had a one-game suspension. Just nitpicking gazzetta.

the back 4 (Zambrotta is a pretty solid defender) + midfield 3 + even Prince/Urby tracking back and playing 4-5-1 when defending.

Let's hope Ducky does something good and Cassano/Aquilani can have decisive cameo performances like the one they had for Italy when they played against Spain.
