Referees have been incredibly poor all around the world this season.

True.

And they still get the chance to lead games even if they fuck up big time, just like Tagliavento. If a normal employee fucks up big time he's fired.

But if the referees would get fired for making mistakes, there wouldn't be anyone left to officiate matches. It is an ungrateful part of the game and probably the hardest job to do "right".

Has Collina got any kids?

Referees should have a rank.

The Lowest referees in Serie A (2-3, Most bad calls, Incorrect calls) Should be in Serie B next season.

And after a very bad call, the FIGC should always ban the referee for couple of games.

2-5 games. Treat them like players.

Don't know about Italy. But I know the English does that, Refs who make a bad call are sent to Championship for a while, of course the severity of the call depends on the association.

I said "if they fuck up big time" and not after every mistake.

Yes because we are known for developing youth aren't we.. italy as a whole have no culture of trusting youth... even baggio said that. please learn to argue reasonably rather than OK u dont agree with me YOU ARE A NOOB .. not a true supporter tactic!

First of all I never said that Italian coaches are known for trusting a youth players. Prandelli is an exception, but he usually worked with foreign youngsters (Jovetic etc) But then again there must be a reason why Italian coaches don't rely on youngsters. It would be weird that almost every coach will rather go with foreigners than domestic young players. Could be lack of true talented youngsters maybe? Or lack of great youth coaches? Just a thought. Probably that is why Italian NT kind of declined since WC '06. IMO that situation won't change till something serious is done about investing in youth academies and hiring proper staff.

Allegri: "We have to keep on believing because we're Milan. We're only 3 points behind Ladri, and you never know what could happen."

Allegri: "Cassano is feeling well. I still have to evaluate if he's ready to play from the start, but he can't play 90 minutes yet."

Allegri: "There is no war going on between Seedorf and I. At most, there was an exchange of ideas. And that goes for all the players."

Allegri: "It's only normal to have discussions with the players. It will always happen."

Allegri: "Capello as a director? I'm a concrete person, and now I'm only thinking of the final part of this season."

Allegri: "If my future at Milan is at risk? I'm only thinking of the Scudetto. There's no point in talking about that now."

Allegri: "I have 24 players at my disposal, and those that are able to give me their best, will play tomorrow."

Allegri: "El Shaarawy came from Serie B and has played around 20 matches. That's not bad."

Allegri: "El Shaarawy has done well. I consider him to be at the same level as our other strikers."

Allegri: "I have 5 strikers; Ibra, Cassano, Maxi Lopez, Robinho and El Shaarawy. One of them will have to sit in the stands tomorrow."

Allegri: "This is a squad full of champions. They all have character and they all believe that we will win the Scudetto."

Allegri: "We are Milan, and we can't give up on the Scudetto when there are still 5 rounds left. We must always try to win."

Allegri: "I was pleased to hear Di Matteo's comments. Chelsea played a great match at Stamford Bridge vs. Barça."

Allegri: "I will evaluate the entire season with my staff and the board after the season, but first we must focus on these last 5 matches."

So pato now is better than pato under leo or ancelotti? wow! I mean i dont care about how compluicated his case is i m just pointing out if he gets the accolades for getting most out of nocerinos of this world then he should be the one to get the atleast part of the blame for pato's fall in form. Otherwise if yous ay no its all pato's fault then well the counter-argument is its all nocerino's hardwork which makes him better and even you could have done what allegri did.

Pato last season, under Allegri, reached his best form and highest level. Pato this season has been jack shit, because of injuries.

gattuso and ambro cant contribute jack shit and I love gattuso. next season wee will also find out that cassano is done and dusted too although i like him too. But gattuso and ambro are both getting extensions allegri should veto it. I mean if he is to be the fall guy then why not speak up for what he wants.

Ambro was fantastic vs barcelona at San Siro, and very good at the return leg as well. He just can't do it on a regular basis.

You know how things work in Milan. Coach doesn't have a say. It was this way with Sacchi, Capello, and Ancelotti, why do you expect it to be different with Allegri?

No they shouldnt, remember last year ibra running out of steam and this year silva getting injured becaus he kept playing the stupid copa match. you have got to rest players during the match if we are 2 or more goalsi nfront, specially when you know you cant replace them with similar quality if they are fatigued. As for youth, if they dont get to play you never know how good they are.

Without T. Silva or Ibrahimovic the team is just not the same. Look at Milan's results since Silva's injury then go figure.

name two 3rd choice centrebacks better than mexes? as a 3rd choice cb he is world class, thats what i said.

That doesn't mean anything. The question is: Is he a world class player? The answer is no. Doesn't matter if he's 1st choice or 5th choice.

The fact is in Mexes you get a very good player, but also one who is error to stupid mistakes like the one vs barcelona or to losing his nerves like vs Borriello. It's been the story of his career.

well as i mentioned before thats all you can go on almost. You cant give him credit for winning a weak league which we were sure shot favourites for and then no blame for losing a league which we were again favs for winning. If you dont go by results then what are you going on? The beautiful brand of football that is played by Milan? The passing and movement brand we are exporting these days or the great youth development happening in Milan?

I partly blame him, but I don't think he should be sacked.

And what is with you and youth development? Fuck the youth. Fodder clubs raise youth, big clubs buy them. And don't bring in barcelona because they're exception to the rule.

Quality of the squad really doesn't explain why he fails to motivate the team during crucial parts of the season and especially against the likes of Fiorentina and Bologna....

I like Allegri, but he really hasn't shown much whether he has what it takes to become a top level coach. He isn't imaginative at all and almost never tries to take risks and be a bit daring.....

End point is, he still needs to show A LOT MORE that he has what it takes, regardless of what squad he is being given. We weren't even impressive when we had our full squad even....

I cannot disagree more with this post.

1. Why should the team need motivation? If they can't self-motivate and just walk around when a CHAMPIONSHIP is on the line, that's directly related to the players and their attitudes. Every single player who is apathetic and player first should be shown the door, starting with Mr. Me - Clarence Slowdorf

2. Allegri has done things for Milan that hadn't been done in a LONG time. Hell, I remember last year when we attacked Inter for the first time in years, everyone was praising him. Against Fiorentina, he went all out for the win, itr backfired and people bemoaned him.

I will admit that there have been problems this year, but I think there is more than the public knows. People are looking for a scapegoat, and using him.

3. The full squad simply isn't HIS squad. He has yet to get a player for whom he has asked, or whose characteristics fit his style of play. This is the Galliani show only.

I like your views, but what makes you think Cassano is done for?

Blaming referees and injuries is naive. The referees do the best they can and have been poor in many matches, not only towards Milan. (This is something FIGC or AIA should look into of course.) Had Allegri rested and rotated the squad when all were fully fit, he wouldn't be in this mess.

You should thank Zlatan for the Scudetto last year. It was never because of Allegri.

I thank Ibra for the first part of the season. The second part was all Allegri.

Look how Manutd celebrated the title, all of the sudden they can lose it. So can Juve. Five matches are a lot, if I was a Milan supporter I'd keep faith.
