Download sopcast (its free, go for the latest version) and install it (takes 2-3 mins max)
Then go on either Wizwig http://www.wiziwig.tv/broadcast.php?matchid=214486&part=sports or Livefootball.ws http://livefootball.ws/12395-verona-milan.html.
On wizwig filter the streams to sopcast only and choose the one with highest kpbs (usually means best quality, not always tho, so try a few out). On the other website there's only sopcast.
Click on one of the links and sopcast program will start itself and you'll be able to watch it in HD/TV quality.
If you have an HDMI/TV cable plug you're laptop into you're TV and watch it this way.

Oh yeah and the channels are usually on 10 mins before the game, even earlier sometimes.

Thankfully I'll have all Serie A/CL games on TV so it doesn't bother me
But I use it for friendlies
