Out for a walk.
We're no where near where we need to be squad wise to contest Roma or Juventus. The best and most realistic finish we can aim for is 3rd. We can rival Napoli and Inter and Fiorentina, not the top two. Given the players we will probably sign this summer, 1st or 2nd is out of reach completely unless Inzaghi produces miracles, which unfortunately don't exist.

Edit: Also, I completely fail to comprehend these media and forum assertions that Honda can't defend - they're completely false. Honda defended more than any of our forwards in his scant amount of game time and was essential in keeping some of the score lines we hung on to.

#Corriere Inzaghi doesn't want to play with a playmaker that doesn't defend, he prefers 4-3-3 which leaves Kaka and Honda out.

What a joke. The ineptitude of some people in their knowledge of football, mamma mia.

Milan thanked Allegri for his effort and wished him all the best in the official statement when he was fired. It didn't happen with Seedorf.

damn..

did seedorf fuck barbara or something?? definitely some personal shit

there are a problem with milan management, players and seedorf... even he doesn't respect tassoti.. i'm asking to zambrotta which one he prefers allegri or seedorf and he said "i don't know about this" and later i asking about seedorf o inzaghi, he said "Inzaghi".. i am asking same question about seedorf o inzaghi to elshaarawy and he said "Inzaghi" too...

Kaka and Honda are not wingers and cant play in the midfield. They are usless in a 4-3-3. Where do you suggest they fit in and why? Kaka would be ok as a sub I guess on the wing. Not ideal though.

LCM or RW, try him there under Inzaghis tactics, if it doesnt work you can sell him in January for a replacement. But why would we want to get rid of our more talented players when there is a lot more shit to get rid of first?

Keep anyone that has skill and can be a positive influence on the team, and get rid of players that dont even deserve to play wearing a milan jersey for fun, let alone on the field.

#Corriere claims that Inzaghi wants to play with El Shaarawy on left, Menez on right and Mandzukic as a striker in a 4-3-3.

Sportmediaset - Mandzukic as Ibra? Four years later, the story could be repeated again thanks to Guardiola

Mario Mandzukic will leave Bayern Munich incompatible with the style of play and Guardiola is looking for then a new team for next season. The Croatian striker, as reported sportmediaset.it, is high on the wish list of Filippo Inzaghi, who would have asked Berlusconi and Galliani. It will not be easy to get to the Rossoneri player of Bayern Munich, but via Aldo Rossi hoping to repeat the same operation that brought Zlatan Ibrahimovic to AC Milan: even in the case of Swedish, in fact, the 'motive was Guardiola, the which game system does not provide the first bits of weight, and Galliani was able to take in the miracle at Milanello. Will history repeat itself four years later?

WOW milan really hates this guy.

He should come back and the trio (Niang/SES/Menez) should compete for the 2 spots or share them (RW/LW)

Robinho/Kaka/Honda could be sold for a proper CM + perhaps Cigarini to fill in for Montolivo until he's back. If I were a betting man, De Jong will be gone.

Milan could sell all the Shit and have enough money for a CM AND Cerci if they really wanted to. Instead they would rather play these dumb games :fp:

No idea why we are so keen to get rid of Niang. The guy is too young for us to lose hope on him already. He did show potential, hope we won't be able to sell him.

what good CM's are out there that we can realistically buy??

Baselli, bags of potential like Cristante.

Cigarini, currently the 'obi wan kenobi' to Baselli, in terms that they share the similar role in the team but Cigarini who is about 5-6 years older is obviously more of the finished product.

Behrami and Obiang could be options as well. This is within the serie A.

There are quite a few options in the other leagues but I think this would be the most realistic one:

Milan Badelj, I would say hes similar to Cigarini but more technical and adventurous going forward.

--

I think Inzaghi has his conductor in Montolivo already but till hes back he will probably keep NDJ or shock us all and play someone else in that role. The players i mentioned can all play in this role but on the other hand, I think he will be looking more for a proper b2b player.

Conversely, he could show that his poor performance was not a fluke and further crush his value. He can probably be sold for between 8-12 M and a comparable replacement can be brought in for that sum in a like for like. Hell, I imagine Cigarini is already a better player/fit and about the same price. Hell they're the same age so it really is like for like (Honda is a grand total of one week older, to the day)

I think that you will stay (assume you meant reste for he) with us and it will be possible that Milan sells his card to raise money

How is that Milan wants to sell Paloschi? I think I would like to get a raise to $20,000,000 and some company will give it to me. Not very effective.

Because it seems he want to outdo Balotelli in the crazy department. The kid showed skills at the beginning but the more he played under Allegri, his work rate improved a lot but his offensive skills became worst than a caveman.
If we keep him, he needs a loan to serie B only. It would be pointless to loan him anywhere else because Italian defenses are on another levels than any other league.

call me crazy but i think we should keep constant as a back-up. he had a good first season, was pretty consistent, was poor for half of last season but improved under clarence. just saying, for squad depth he's useful to have when DES is unavailable

Yes but its a risk that should be worth taking. Better keep Honda and try him our in the different roles than keep Essien, Nove, Traore, Robinho, Birsa or any of those guys.

Why get rid of players that can actually do something on the field and keep dead weight?

buy perin, darmian, menez and a good CM so we have quite a good team.

- Perin? Genoa wants to cash seriously on him.

- Darmian? It would be great if we sell Abate.

- Menez? It looks like he belong to us.

- Good CM? Like I said before, I think Gonalons would be perfect for us to handle the midfield until MOnto comes back. Cristante is too raw as anchor, he would be better as RCM.

You are crazy. Constant improved at the end mostly because we played against smaller teams.

De Jong for Lucas Leiva? I think thats doable, Liverpool were seriously interested in him and seems like Leiva could be on his way out.

I think Leiva could be a good fit in Serie A. Him, Monto and a beastttttt b2b could be decent.

Or we could just sell DJ and buy Cigarini, Ciga would be a preferred choice for me though
