Don't fuck with me man.

Sadly seems like not a reputable source

He may not be an idiot but he could hire idiots via nepo quota which he has doneI think that was the plan all along. When you take these statements and how Cardinale describes Zlatan you could strike Zlatan and replace his name with Maldini and those statements would still remain also true.
IMO, he wanted Maldini to be what Zlatan is going to be, but for whatever reason, the collaboration failed and they parted ways. Though I don't think it failed because of a clash of ego and ambition alone because who else if not Zlatan is the epitome of ego and ambition?
And if Gerry hates other taking a shiny place in the spotlight, hiring Zlatan of all people to basically run Milan would be a very idiotic move. I don't think Gerry is an idiot. He's too successful with his other assets to be an idiot.
It will be conte and he is going to absolutely butcher serie a. Get ready for 5 peatI think it has to be Motta or RDZ. No way we go with Conte.

Although including players in deals for better player sounds like a good idea, more often than not we are going to get less than what we think the player involved in the deal is worth, unless there’s already agreement in place for separate deal, for example if we choose to go for Zirkzee or Calafiori and want to “include” Salad.I'm kinda surprised we just took the money for Chaka rather than maybe seeing him hit 5 Serie A goals and being part of a deal for a better player in the summer, with a sensible buy back inserted.
Yes it equates to a real analysis problem now. Right now pioli is able to solve the ODEs and calculus 3 level issues. Real analysis is a whole another beast. He had to fail this season to succeed next time. He has done his proofs this year and hopefully that will be enough to pass the real analysis test next season when we destroy teams again.I am a teacher and would like to see the Pioli problem through a teacher's perspective. It is always difficult to deal with a new cohort of students, mainly because you do not know the personality of the students. You do not how they would react in certain circumstances. You will need some time to observe their behavior and adjust yours accordingly to get the best performance out of them. This should not be much different for a football coach, I believe. Every time you have a new player, you must spend some time with them and observe their behavior/performance. The difficulty of adjusting your tactics, man management, etc. increases exponentially when you have more and more new players.
Starting this summer, I was so disappointed by the management, simply because they committed far too many changes that destabilize any social institutions. They first fired Maldini, and then brought in too many players. At that point, I was confident that this ship would go into a very rough period, and we would see many ups and downs in the best-case scenario. I wrote that Pioli must be praised if he could achieve a top-4 and advance to the UCL knock-out stage. Obviously, the latter did not happen, but in my view that was mainly because we were extremely unlucky! If we could convert only one of the many chances we created against Newcastle, we would have achieved that goal. The former goal will be achieved, I believe. And, I guess we still have a good chance to win EL. So, Pioli still has a chance to actually "overachieve" this season.
In my view, Pioli's performance should be evaluated not only in terms of tactics, but in the light of the fact that the management gave him almost a brand-new squad. And, here, we are talking about human beings, not robots. It is not like we gave him a PlayStation controller to control virtual players. Each player brings in their own crazy, unpredictable behavioral attributes and circumstances. When these attributes meet other new players' and the existing ones’ it becomes a high-order nonlinear dynamic complex system to solve.
Overall, the team has performed well this season. Most likely, we will snatch the second spot next week. And we will be second only behind Inter who have been extraordinary this season (like how Napoli performed last season). If Inter had not been super powerful this season, we would not have been so unhappy about our league results. So, is our squad the best in the league that we expect Pioli to achieve better than making us second? I genuinely believe that we do not have the best squad. So, expecting him to win the scudetto is a bit too much, especially with the circumstances I mentioned above.
Final word: we are all frustrated with some of the decisions Pioli has made and some of the words he has uttered. But honestly, have there been any coaches we were happy with in that regard? Every coach (human being) has his own idiosyncrasies that we cannot tolerate. For me, Pioli has had the minimum levels of idiosyncrasies, to be honest. I imagine a person like Conte would drive me mad after the first season! lol
Sorry about the long post. Just my personal reflections! Please feel free to ignore.
Give him free hair transplant and he willConte ain’t stayin us for 5 years bro![]()
Negative Sir, He lacks positional awareness for that role ++
What if I told you we could get a player who can pass, control and recover the ball with finesse? And he goes by the name Caqurete
Tijjani is our new Seedorf albeit from Temu, he can still grow and hopefully become closer to Dorfs level or at least better than Bonaventura(who was actually decent) no diss, make no mistake, but Tijjani for me so far is just..meh.

Now you sounding like Deep Fried
Gerry's biggest get is a streamer - we need all the help we can get because this turtle strategy doesnt work if the smart guys arent hitting homeruns
But imagine the passing patterns. If we get rdz cancel all season pass tickets tv subscriptions and football apparel jersesys etc. We will finish midtable.
how?We are behind schedule for that #20 though!!!
Yea for making lateral side ways passes and back passes. Only to concede 5 goals every gameBut imagine the passing patterns.
We were really close signing him 2yrs ago but those croissant cunts offered him a contract renewal + captain armband, I think this happend in the same mercato they eventually sold Guimares so their economy back then was okay I guess.. but these days not soo much. What happened to Caquerete I rmemeber we were linked with him at one point
Prime strootman would be a good addition to this squadDeers is more strootman calibre max.
He is not a patch on dorf. Dorf is an ATG level midfielder. Probably amongst best ever
Expectation levels for Milan are all over the place and I agree that Pioli has done a good job for us...this year was difficult with the influx of players and all the injuries.I am a teacher and would like to see the Pioli problem through a teacher's perspective. We still have an underperforming RW…Real Madrid wants to send Guller on loan, we were interested to sign him last year, i hope we dont take him on dry loan like we did with Brahim.

Real analysis was the hardest fucking subject I ever did and I technically dint even need to do it. I found it harder than even complex analysis and stochastic processes.I can’t tell you how much I approve of this particular post
Pirlo was 22 when he joined us, Adli turns 24 in July...Re: Adli, Pirlo wasn't exactly a kid when he arrived, let's give Adli some time
Why not? I think we will have a good transfer budget to satisfy him in summer.I think it has to be Motta or RDZ. No way we go with Conte.
Although analysis was not my specialty, I had to teach the real analysis course one semester. A student was crying to me during office hours, and I told him that a lot of people stumble when confronted with math for the first time. He told me he was great at math, and pointed to his calculus sequence. I had to tell him that wasn’t math, but tricks we had to teach people who wanted to be engineers.Real analysis was the hardest fucking subject I ever did and I technically dint even need to do it.
