SES is a bigger flop for sure. But it all depends on how you define flop and recent history. I wouldn't call Pato a flop, because he had 3 good seasons and then gradually declined, because of injuries and other problems.

I would call a flop someone who had a rather considerable transfer fee, high expectations and who couldn't get consistent results. Judging like this, SES is a flop, because he was only good for half a season.
