i agree with this.

just saying that your previous post pretty much made out pirlo to be a 'holier-than-thou' douchebag who only was motivated when playing with good players and couldn't be arsed with shittier ones.

But he is holier than thou :proud:

honest question, where would you guys rank pirlo amongst the top playmakers (both deep-lying and xavis) in the world?

Since I started watching football, I would only rank Zidane above him. Pirlo for me is on Cruyff level, he changed the game. :star:

But Milan made him. We were the first ones who showed faith in him at the highest levels. He owes us fucking respect, not to start taking jabs at Allegri because he didn't think so anymore. He should just shut the fuck up, dedicate their Scudetto to Nesta, Gattuso and Pippo, and acknowledge the impact Milan has had in his life. Without Milan, he'd probably be playing for Fiorentina or Genoa or something ... :o

In terms of pure ability, Totti, Zidane and Seedorf are all superior to Pirlo (and to Xavi). In terms of converting that ability to performances consistently, Pirlo (and Xavi) are ahead of Seedorf.

I prefer not to comment on Ronaldinho, who's the obvious one missing in this discussion.

The thing with players like Pirlo and Chavi is that you cannot compare them to greats like Zidane on an individual level. Thats just a fact. But I think you compare the effects they have on teams ...

Pirlo's quality on the pitch is undeniable. Doesn't stop him from being an asshole.

the thing about chavi is he is better than pirlo at everything. And that is why he is more successful.

dastardly plot. Then he will have nothing to hide behind while being inferior to xavi.

Show me Pirlo dive for a penalty while it Milan. He'll probably start doing that now he's become scum.

Call it what you want, they were great in their own right. I don't buy that tiki taca tuku BS. Football is about putting the ball in the net. Doesn't matter how.

Why dont u show me pirlo venturing into the penalty box with milan. Dives happen all over the pitch not just in penalty box. Umadcuzxavidoesnthavecomfortzone?

and they have put the ball in the back of the net more times than ancelotti's milan. Even in europe b4thespanishleaguesucks argument comes in.

Against who? Fergie Time?

And it does help when you play most of your games against 10-men and have penalties gifted to you like food from Unicef :proud:

You've undone, fat child. I should have written, "Doesn't matter how as long as it is within the rule of the game." Rules such as, stopping play, calling the involved players, and either giving them a card or just a verbal warning when there's some hustling going on in the penalty box before a corner kick has been kicked.

My bad ... I thought you were a smart child who could read between the lines.

what about the contacting the ref rules and not having dinner with referees rules :devilcon: ?

But i think Collina and Galliani compliment each other. They both have nice bald heads. I would want to be invited to a dinner with those two. Its my childhood/current dream. :proud:

Yes that would be nice dinner. They'll probably joke about things, but you always know Collina will have the last say. That simply isn't the case nowadays thanks to your very own 'save the child' program :proud::star:

You do realize they'll just brush you aside, don't you? Being a fat child and all, I'm afraid its highly unlikely you'll get to play with those little toys. Perhaps Chavi will lend you his tweezers, but thats about it  Sorry

how the hell did you expect that from him, hes a fucking Juve player, did that fact just hit you now???

btw Sage 2003-2007 Milan is at least as good as today's Barca. Its not hate, their style is boring, and their CL titles are controversial at least. Milan were a spectacular side then, with all those players at the top of their game.

However...

this is THE shit. people took for granted how brilliant they were.

I love Figo and Zidane but stop oevr rating that team. I saw almost every match of theirs being a huge Figo fan but they were not one of the greatest teams ever.In achievements they have next to nothing in terms of europe. Won 1 champs league with a majestic strike from a great player but even in that match itself they didnt deserve it. Next year they were joint on points with Roma losing one and drawign the other. 2nd group MIlan beat them in the match that mattered and they won the match in which milan couldnt care less. Then they went out to juve so basically all of Serie A owned them in one champions league at their peak, hardly the stuff of greatest team ever:fp:

OK, we must admit that he is a great talented player, this is what we were saying when he was Rossonero, it hasn't changed.
But we also have to say that is a traitor, a player with no heart by making these decisions and talking now like that about AC Milan that have on everything with this jersey.

There is no meaning of saying "he is as good as donkey" or "he is horseface".
Nothing has changed from 2011, the only thing is that we understood that he never loved AC Milan, he was playing alllllll this time with no heart, just because he had a contract.

grazie xavi. for just being better. :proud: And winning all your titles without your team being persecuted. :):) and most importantly : being a one club man like maldini, totti and baresi. :proud: but loyalty always came first to you didnt it?

You should be a role model for all mid fielders in the world for being the best post zidane. :proud:

I can understand why Galliani considers not signing you as one of his biggest regrets.

A quote that sums up xavi well:

“Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are truly exceptional players. But it all depends on how you view the game. The way I look at it, Xavi deserves it not because he’s the best, but because he’s the type of player whose hard work allows others to come to the fore.”

Shows how brilliantly he works for the team. Alwyas motivated. The kind of motivation that goes beyond money and contracts and trivialities like position and skill, its just the love for the catalan flag and his home. Selfless personified. Xavi. :proud:

he is a player of the upper echelons.
