Thanks for everything Clarence.

Team Pippo.

All support behind Pippo.

A new era, an era of success and glory.

I honestly think we've probably had the classiest managers in succession.

Carlo
Leo
Allegri
Seedorf
Inzaghi.

Holy Jesus do those guys look good in a suit standing on the sidelines.

i love Pippo. But initial my statistics: a former striker player become a coach rarely success: From Maradona, Di Canio, Zola, vanbasten, Solkiajer, Tomasson...all of them failed!
But a former midfield player become good coach and great coach: Ancelotti, Capello, guardiola, conte...

alway support Inzaghi anyway!

are you kidding me??? come on man.

So many guys said Seedorf has no experience in coaching. No chance he will be any good as a milan coach.

Everyone kept bitching about Rami and Taarabt before they joined, especially taarabt because he was only playing in QPR and bla bla bla not ready for big club bla bla.

Now: All 3 of them proofed these guys wrong. When it comes to such "statistics" you're stating: IT DOES NOT MEAN SHIT . or are you indicating, that all midfielders always have the same understanding of tactics? And all attackers the same. Yeah, sure :o

its quite simple, are manager will also look like a boss in a suit. Pippo really could be an amazing Coach. The passion stands out for me, and the fact that he never left or got booed by fans.

It depends if you see their whole repertoire.

- Seedorf? Brought enthusiasm to the team, some wins were Allegri style, all of the loses were awful. Shit on the players (whether deserved or not) and then though that everything was cool. Whether Kaka' was being shit, he kept playing him no matter what.

- Rami? He is either pretty good or pretty terrible. His aerial game is highly questionable and his passing is slightly better than Zapata. He scored nice goals for us and seated the jersey but he had a lot of fuckups.

- Taarabt? Explosive player but too much of a soloist. Had some nice goals and good passes but they were few. If Ladri had Vidal and Viola had Gomez or Rossi when we played them, his fuckups (lost ball for trying to dribble beside our own box and losing the ball) would be more discussed than his nutmegs.

Reality is that Seedorf started well but shoot himself on the ass; Rami could be nice if we have a leader at CB; and Taarabt could be a nice addition if he would not think that he has to pass any defender that comes in front of him.

then again. what are YOU talking about? this guy i quoted said, that because seedorf was good and he was a midfielder inzaghi as an attacker is most likely bad as a coach because other coaches that were attacking players fucked up mostly..

thats just a bullshit thing to say..

my point is:
Everyone keeps judging players coaches staff and so on BEFORE they even showed what they can do or how they work..

a football player who is ABYSMAL at one team can become GREAT at another (pirlo anyone?)
Its just that judging pippo before he even showed anything is way too early.. be it in good or bad

Gr8 news, pippo will have success here. Seedorf did a gr8 job but didint have any coaching experience (which showed in the locker room). Dorfs problem wasent the results and the tactical knowledge of the game but they were more the lack of passion as well as the lack of control over the locker room + his lack of understanding with B and G. Pippo will have success here because he is more clever than dorf. He will listen to what B and G have to say and he will control the locker room. His passion will be key! He reminds me of Montella . Plus he has B's backing. And even if it dosent seem like much , his 2 and a half years in the milan youth sector will make a big difference. He learned the mechanisms of coaching(which are the same at pro level) as well as coaching many players that he will coach in the future. Forza Pippo !

Pippo had zero technique but still such a succesfull career and an amazing player.

Takes a lot of mental capacity to compensate for lack of technique and still score as much goals as he did. You can only do it when you know football and the workings of it through and through.

Zero doubt in my mind that Pippo will become a great coach. Let's just hope he gets the chance to grow into one at Milan.

I don't know why but there's just a really good feeling about Inzaghi. Hope it speaks true and he will be great for us. Forza Pippo :star:

I never really rated pippo when i was younger, but post 05, i understood the how valuable attributes like movement, positioning, making well timed runs and poaching are. I used to believe that pure strikers are pretty much a dying breed, but eventually i learnt to appreciate how great these forwards truly are. If a team is creative then having a pure cf should be a prerequisite. Vamos pippo u legend. Buy mandzukic dzeko whoever u think is suitable for ur system. Be champions.

Before you say anything about Inzaghi, remember 4 months ago all the talk about how Seedorf had winner mentality, that he was a coach even when he played, that he had more knowledge than most players, etc. None of that mattered.

Serie A is a tough beast, the hardest part for him will be to instill belief in the players if he'll be able to have all the players on his corner he'll do good ... otherwise this will be another wasted season.

People talk about Milan buying Mandzukic. The truth is that with a young coach like him, very few players would be willing to bet their careers unless we give them a salary above competition and they are coming from a smaller team. I'm really curious to see who we will buy this year

Can't wait till he score our first goal, i'm willing to bet he is gonna loose his shit. It's going to be great to see:star:

I don't expect him to do miracles, especially since he probably will have a shit squad at his disposal. If he manages to qualify for CL i would be more then happy.

Best of luck Pippo! Hope you pull a Simione and manage to rally up the players behind you.
