Milan needs a reliabre GK.
Milan needs 2 wing backs. We have only De Sciglio who is weak on offensive game.
Milan needs a leader and fast CB. Alex and Rami are same of the players.
Milan needs a 2 quality mezz'ala. Poli and Sapo are rotation role at most.
Milan needs a right winger forward.
Milan needs a striker.

Otherwise, Milan has zero chance for top 3 next season.

so you're saying we are 8 players away from top 3? :fp::fp::fp:

Milan need 2 midfielders not one

I agree with the rest though

Its not Modern.:o

El sharaawy has already been ruined and stagnated, all for Milans temporary gain.

Neither is 3-5-2
Fuck Modernism

Might I remind you what formation we used when we won the last scudetto? Oh that's right it was the fucking 4-3-1-2(and yes if we played any other formation we would have lost that scudetto don't care if Ibra was there or not)

Fuck 4-3-3...that shit is for garbage spanish teams

4-3-1-2 works for us...fuck the winger bullshit...we never were good with wingers we never will be

4-3-1-2 doesn't work for us and you can't just convert players like that and expect them to be good

It does work for us. We just dont want buy players to play it properly(Mainly AM) So stick square pegs in round holes claiming they are wingers.

This team does not possess one winger.........with exception of Menez.

The El sharaawy experiment is over he is lost on the wing because he is not overtly fast or skillfull so he must always pass back when faced with a defender.

He scored those goals because he was hungry and unknown....now that has changed and he looks nothing like a top player playing on the wing.

People saying he is better than Balotelli:fp:

Maybe in overall attitude for the game, but not technically no way in a Milan vision of hell.

If he keeps playing at this rate Mastour will pass him.

But I mainly blame the management for this.

There is a visible lack of intensity, energy, or drive with the team. I don't know what is going on, but they are not playing as a team, which was the problem with Milan last year.

If we keep using that garbage formation 4-3-3 or even worse the other variation of it the terrible 4-2-3-1 this season is fucking lost already

Go back to fucking 4-3-1-2
SES is not a Winger...he can't keep playing there he just keeps passing back like a ******...or when he makes a good pass to Niang the latter always fucks it up
Think about it...what was SES's main strength in his wonder season with us? It certainly wasn't passing was it? It certainly wasn't dribbling was it? NOPE! It was scoring goals...SES is a Striker not a Winger simple as that

Play Honda...or for all I care Mastour as the AM behind SES and Balo/Pazzo...or Mastour could play as SS too

Our attack doesn't work in 4-3-3 simple as that...this is why we always rely on Free Kicks or Penalty Kicks from Balo

You have very good points.
I agree that with the players we've got, 4-3-3 does not look very effective. We'll see. I am sure Pippo will try 4-3-1-2 in due course.

With our current players our best XI is probably

Abbiati, Abate, Rami, Alex, De Sciglio, Montolivo, de Jong, Honda, menez, Balotelli, El sha

2 players started out of that line up.....

Give me a break guys

He's not though:lol:

He doesnt possess the skillset.

thats like saying David Beckham was as right winger because he played there under leo

Ya..

Except he literally said LW is his favorite position. Just like he literally said 433 is his favo formation..

16 goals in one season half from lw.. I mean wasn't that his best season in Milan and his career? Lw in 433

If that happens at the very least we'll see some goals...from open play I mean...and we'll see our attack being more dangerous and more dynamic
Don't expect anything great from this current team no matter the formation though

But man I can't take this nun-functional attack anymore...that's our weakest point for years now
We have no chemistry in attack whatsoever

So did Thierry Henry...spare me the bullshit
Players don't know what's good for them

SES was good that season cause he was the focal point
Now he's not...so playing him as a Winger is a disaster
His main quality is scoring...so that makes him a striker in my book

Anyone know how many of Olympiacos' regular starting 11 started today? They are also in pre-season just like us. Were they missing key players?

Friendlies are no indicator of the team and the season. But the fact is that this squad isn't capable of anything more than a last el place unless a dramatic change in transfer strategy occurs in the upcoming weeks.

Only players that have played 20 or more games at Milan that started- Bonera, Poli, Pazzini, El Shaarawy.

Our two worst players imo (Bonera and Zac) are emergency backups.

Its not a great result but there is a lot of time before the season starts

Remember that time that Milan got thrashed in the Audi Cup in preseason? Yeah, me neither. I just remember they played and lost badly.

Fuck 4-3-3...fuck it to hell
Get this garbage formation out of my Milan
Fuck wingers...fuck this winger faggotry...Sell garbage like Niang already

Convert SES into a Striker and play a formation that actually works for us like 4-3-1-2
This experimentation bullshit is why we've been garbage for the past 2 years
Stick with what works...fuck everything else

Are you another account of patosheva? You sound like him with marginally better English.

I won't even bother commenting on the content of your post, which is just daft.

I would love to see some of the posters on here managing a portfolio. The stock dropped 11%...SELL! Four days later, THE STOCK IS BACK UP TO 11% BUY!!!

The inability to think critically and see long term is a bit shocking. Maybe it's an age thing as there are many kids on here, especially now that school is out.

No, I don't think most of us are expecting any dramatic improvement from last year.

Getting one or two big name players in the transfer will not change much either. I suspect the problem is deeper. Basically we need a very strong-minded, experienced, world class manager.
