you do realize we were in need of a striker? matri is actually having a great season at genoa and had two decent seasons at juve prior to his move here. I remember him scoring against us and having a legit goal ruled off in our 1-1 draw in the 2nd season allegri had.

Muntari as I remember was one of our better players against Barca etc. terrific personality

His personality was pretty terrific when he wanted to ensure Milan doesn't qualify for CL by grabbing the referee's hand against Roma and holding it for 30 straight seconds

The way Pirlo played with Juve doesnt mean he would have done that with us.
He was dragging his body during the last couple of seasons & whenever he was playing with italy he was much better which used to piss me off & no it isnt about the quality he had around him in italy , he was simply unmotivated.
It was better to sell him to chelsea when they offered money but nooooooooooooooo , we kept him until he joined a rival for free & found motivation.

Yup.. You may not have liked the way his teams played, but it had cohesion and a clear tactic. Midfielders' roles particularly were as well-defined as is the case with any top coach.
