27 goals 12 assists for him this year ..

He will break his career high this year for both (it's 29 during his 08 season with Inter and 13 three times in his career once for Inter, Barca and Milan).

He will win his 9th straight league .. :proud::proud:

Just couple of days back (the day the draw was made) I was sitting with a few friends of mine (none of em follows Milan) and was having a general football discussion and somehow a parallel was made between Ibrahimovic and Dirk Nowitski. The discussion was long and made a lot of sense. Finally the general consensus was that Zlatan will have 1 run sometime before he retires where he will win his Champions league when the world's just talking about Messi/Ronaldo just like everyone were anticipating Lebron/Kobe finals last year.

Hope it will be this year :proud::proud:

Apparently Zlatan had a very bad cold, his nose was completely shut and his throat was hurting. Explains why he had somewhat of an off game (still a very good one for any normal forward... :proud:).

It's a good thing that it was a cold he was suffering from and not accumulated exhaustion, but it's a bad thing that Allegri won't rest him just some minutes at least, even when he should probably have been in bed, playing with a cold that bad can prolong recovery time and we have a lot of important matches coming up.

Or it could be Ibra who doesn't want to miss a minute. He's a ticking bomb and probably Allegri doesn't want anymore drama so he doesn't take him out unless Ibra begs for it.

, I think even mourinho could not handle him, you do not want to keep a player , you are afraid to talk to. I can imagine mourinho pulling in the same routine he has with other players and getting his ass kicked by Zlatan.

I agree, believe Allegri is afraid to sub Ibra.

Contrary to your theory, there has never been any report about Zlatan being upset with Allegri for resting him for a match or minutes of a match, there has however been reports of him asking to be subbed. Last year there was a match where he was so exhausted he had trouble getting back up when he fell down, and Allegri was just ignoring his request to be subbed. And after that match when asked in the post match press sone if he was tired he answered he'd been so tired he was seeing double. There has also been times when he was visibly exhausted and even vomiting on the field. He also said in an interview at the beginning of the season that he was happy they were gonna match him differently this season so that he wouldn't burn out like last season.

I remember him being thankful to Sweden coach Hamrén for resting him when he wasn't fully fit, praising him for seeing the person before the player, that's also something he mentioned in his book, that coaches and doctores are in a tug of war over when the players can return to play, and that he's played injured a lot.

:head: Zlatan isn't like that at all, Zlatan adore Mourinho, and has said in an interview that Mou scolded him in front of the team but it was ok because he was right, in his book he said the same stuff so you're pretty far off.

I dont think he has an issue coming off when the game is won but try subbing him if he isnt playing well and we want to switch things up.

Moot point though because Allegri already shown he will ride Ibra until he collapses and our team isnt strong enough for him to do otherwise.

Turns out he was playing the game with a sore throat and stuffed nose.

Man without him.. we wouldn't be where we are today in the table and CL.

20 goals in Serie A - leading gol scorer. Nocerino tied at 13th with 8 gols.

Forza Ibra! Cant wait for him to show up against Barcelona.

it's funny, he still had a great game, but i thought i noticed he didn't seem to be himself

i thought the coach should have rested him toward the end of the game

Galliani answering questions tweeted to @acmilan:

Who do you think were the top 3 signings while you were in charge at Milan?

Galliani: "May I say 4 of them? I would say: Van Basten, Shevchenko, Kakà and Ibrahimovic"

Two months are left till the end of the season. According to you is this Ibrahimovic's best season?

Galliani: "I really believe it, even though Ibra has always been great and I still regret he did not arrive in 2006"

99% sure you meant fellate.
:o

nah... purposely screwed up the word as a rebuttal to the screwed up statement of proclaiming a guy who hasn't completed 2 seasons one of 4 greatest signings of last 25 years. (same way people use expressions like brain smartly etc. here)

You know cause milan didn't win 5 ucl's (none which he was involed in) and 8 league titles over that era too, and certainly didn't have countless other legends who will be remembers fair longer than zlatan. You know like the original DMs (Rijkaard, Desailley), the original #10 (boban), the last great italian defender (nesta), the only CURRENT great CB (Thiago)... and the list goes on...

fuck could make same point for kaka

this is the reason i dislike zlatan on personal level. Galliani doesn't say this crap, raiola's out demanding wages or a transfer by midnight...

It'd take Ibra at least 3 more seasons playing at the current level to break into the top 10-20.

exactly what i'm saying

Could make a statement 'Zlatan has a chance to go down as greatest signing milan's made if he keeps up his play for a few more years'. Something like that's honest and motivating.

Instead its the standard 'bend over for the big swede' mentality, that is expected....

Only one club didn't do this, and they seem fine to me...oh right, it was 'politics' why there were problems. not cause they didn't treat him like a 2 year old king.
