TEAM NEWS
Reggina will be without numerous key players, as the suspended pair of Alessandro Lucarelli and Pasquale Foggia (formerly of Milan) join several injured squad members.
Milan are missing a suspended pair also, as Yoann Gourcuff and Ricardo Oliveira have accumulated too many yellow cards.
PLAYERS TO WATCH
Rolando Bianchi (Reggina) – The surprise revelation in the Serie A this season, he has been on form pretty much from the word go, having scoring a hat-trick on the opening matchday back in August.
Alberto Gilardino (Milan) – With Oliveira suspended, Ronaldo injured, and Filippo Inzaghi probably getting the day off after his heroics on Wednesday, ‘Gila’ will get a chance to add to his team-leading goal tally of twelve.
POSSIBLE STARTING XI’s
Reggina (3-5-2): Campagnolo; Lanzaro, Aronica, Di Dio; Mesto, Vigiani, Amerini, Tedesco, Modesto; Amoruso, Bianchi
Milan (4-4-2): Dida; Simic, Bonera, Kaladze, Favalli; Cafu, Brocchi, Pirlo, Serginho; Borriello, Gilardino
PREDICTION
With Milan fielding such an under-strength lineup, Reggina will have the better of the chances, and their terrific duo up top of Amoruso and Bianchi will get the job done to keep Reggina in Serie A for next season.
Reggina 2-1 Milan
