If we cant defeat people in Italia , how can we beat teams all over europe , accept it or not , it was our destiny to win it , and by luck and prayers, not performance.

That's exaggerating proceedings a little. I mean, were we really so lucky? Against Bayern, most said they didn't play well in the second leg. Against United, there was the defense excuse, but they failed to score at the San Siro, and that was the difference Against Liverpool, I wouldn't say they played better. Sure, they controlled the first half and parts of the second. But they failed to score because they weren't creative enough. When we had the ball, for however little time it may have been, we were creative + broke down a defense that was showered with praise.

No ... we deserved the win.

But I also agree with you in that we have to become more consistent in Serie A. A lot of criticism has been directed Liverpool's way because of their poor league record - they are a Cup Team. Which I kind of agree with since, for all their organization + defensive strength, they cannot manufacture goals on a regular basis like United did.

We need additions, IMO, to be able to compete with Inter for the Scudetto. Goals haven't come easy for us in Serie A because lesser teams are content to sit back + wait for us to over commit. We need to re-learn how to manufacture goals easily + put games away without much stress. We finished fourth, and not considering the Calciopoli, we deserved fourth place.

But take nothing away from number seven. We earned it.

The losers…
Erjon Bogdani (Chievo)
The Chievo man failed to impress in the match with Catania, confirming his disappointing end to the season. The player was forced to leave the pitch with a muscular problem and saw his teammates lose against the Sicilians, a defeat which cost the Flying Donkeys their Serie A status.

Ronaldo (Milan)
The Rossonero made a surprise early comeback from a thigh strain and was hoping to end the season with his eighth goal since his January move in the match with Reggina, but was never dangerous and failed to help the San Siro outfit avoid the 2-0 defeat at the Stadio Granillo.

Pietro Accardi (Sampdoria)
The Blucerchiati suffered a humiliating 5-1 hammering by Fiorentina in the final match of the season and Accardi was one of the worst men at the Stadio Franchi. He was unable to control Adrian Mutu before the Romanian’s first goal five minutes into the match and could do nothing seconds before the final whistle, when Reginaldo completed his brace flicking the ball over the hapless defender.

How stupid is that? I mean, he was coming off injury and playing in a meaningless match against a relegation-threatened (at the time) team. What were they expecting?

This game was sold...this happens every year in italy...qoute on reggina was 1.18 in Milan...Siena won against Lazio...now people are discussing whether we were lucky in the CL...total bullshit...we were best in Europe for 4 years(2003-2006)..this year was tough but we proved we're the most consistent team in the world...despite that we had luck which we didn't have last year(sheva's goal against Barca,and liverpool year before)and that's all,after we destroyed bayern and man u,played smart in the final and won it ...i don't know how old are you or what but this is how the things are going in Italy...in the last 3 round of the Serie A strange things happen every year ,remember Reggina-Milan in 2004...same game...reggina won 2-1...quote was 1.2...if there is someone to believe that are the betting houses...just take a deep breath and enjoy the CL success...MILAN CAMPIONE D'EUROPA!!!

After seeing what was written no other word could have been used.I don't want to insult people but point here is not just to leave comment...it should also make sense and have some meaning...And i see no purpose of disscussing how bad were we when all of us had known that we would lose...But you won;t understand it anyway...so just keep posting number is important...
