I think that might be the new one for the next Euros, i read somewhere that Adidas will design a new one for certain countries and Russia was one of them.

Nope. They just hate Roma, like we hate Inter. Linking the fascist history to the current fans mean nothing, as there are many present-day respectable clubs with a dodgy history.
