I think the fact they're looking at Neto could mean they see future in Plizzari - he's good enough to start for us now until Plizzari is ready, and he wouldn't mind starting 10-15 games a year once Plizzari becomes #1

Another option would be to bring in an experienced keeper who could help Plizzari grow. Were linked to Reina but that won't happen plus I'm sure there's better options.. Iker definitely NOT one of them. He's past it. At least Reina has performed for Napoli & there's a reason they want to keep him.
