All kidding aside what is the issue you think Adli hasn't been playing? Is this solely on Pioli? Are there issues with his defending or physicality? Concentration maybe? Maybe he has completely ironed these things out and took on board what the coaching staff have told him but when you see those kind of performances it does appear criminal the amount of minutes hes had during his Milan career. Guy seems a great team player and obviously well liked by team mates its baffling really and he clearly has been determined to stay at Milan and prove himself which I respect immensely

I think its the defending and the fact that Adli does not change his game which is most about passing.

Whenever the guy played he always shows something positive attacking-wise and I agree with Pioli that he should play deeper but I believe they need to pair him with a better defensive mid to free him to play his his game. They need to buy one or mould one and take RLC out of the starting rotation.
At the very least Adli should play in more matches (especially ones where we expect to have the ball) and not be the last option.

Yea i agree, i would want a veteran especially on the middle or defence, we have good defenders but our problem on conceding goals is more mental problem, so someone who can slap your face if he caught you sleeping on the pitch. We lack experienced players to deal with these situations.

We desperately need a better AM, even yesterday you could see that he was a couple levels below Adli and Tijjani

Seeing Adli and Tijjani make vertical passes in between the lines time and time again was fantastic.

Once Terraciano gets integrated, our build up is going to be even better. Calabria can stick around as a rotation player but he too sticks out as an obvious weak link in the build up and attacking phase.
