You mean the club . Because he is not playing for the management but for Milan . They are selling him , not because they are balancing the books , but because not counting on him . Unless we do not sell him , he can not leave during winter . I do not see a clubs waiting for him . As a Milan fan , not Theo or a management one , but Milan , if he do that , Futuro substitute will be a good place for him , to clear his head and to have enough time to negotiate his new contract with the next club . Leao has very good end product. His playmaking ability will be even more important under Allegri, having a more direct player wouldn't even be an upside imo.

There are hardly any players who can replace Leao and those that exist are with big clubs that play in CL and on much bigger wages. There is just no realistic way I can see, every season more we can hold on to Leao is a win.

Napoli and inter are not talentless. They aren’t super talented but they have the skills in the areas they need to succeed.
