Are you about that?, pal
Zoff, Buffon, Kahn, Casillas, Neuer etc were all great leaders for their club&country
Yes, but they were on a whole higher level compared to Maignan. Probably even Yashin was captain for Russia. So yes, there are keeper-captains but in the minority. My point is that keepers are too far away from the action so they can't just leave the net to run upfield and protest to the refs. A lot easier to do for a field player, not that goalies don't have leadership qualities.

Jobbed 3 CL Finals

@pippofan is kinda right though
With the new rules of only the captain being able to complain to the referee having the captain be the keeper is disadvantageous

Also Casillas was a dogshit captain for Real
This douchebag leaked shit to his reporter girlfriend which is why Mourinho froze him out and signed Diego Lopez(who played better than Casillas at the time)

Suma said everyone will be happy if Leao, Theo and Maignan stay but then we should not expect many new signigns and we will be the same team that completely failed last season and in the last months of Pioli. He does not say that they are not leaders but he let us understand that none of them are leaders and that Milan fans must wish for a united club with players who really want to stay here. Milan fans are scared that we will sell everyone and buy noone but there will be many new signings
Did we not just kick out Reijnders for 70M?

Theo rejecting Al Hilal.

Probably wants to fck the new owners for firing maldini and leave on a free next year.
He's playing himself though.
Send him to Futuro and he misses the World Cup due to not being in competitive shape.

I agree with you that they are on a higher level but not football IQ wise(except for Neuer) Mike has pretty good vision + decision making for a GK, the real problem is that none of our CB are suitable with playing the ball out from the back, it's not normal to have a GK with better passing skills then the actual defenders we need to fix this first and foremost if we are keeping mike.

Hoping you get Chiesa
Problem with Chiesa is that he is injury-prone
Also, he plays on the right so that would mean Leao's position on the left is safe anyways
If he came he would compete with Pulisic not with Leao

Italy's performance yesterday was shameful, disastrous, catastrophic, giving more ammo to the anti-Italy gang proving them right in their evaluations. Spalletti is turning out to be a terrible choice, guess some coaches can handle clubs but not country's squad, others viceversa, except for Conte who did well in both. After watching the exciting Spain-France this was a huge let down and wonder what the score would have been vs those two.

Didn't watch the whole game, stopped at 2:0 because was disgusted by the way they played, but the only one that didn't suck was the youngest one, Coppola. Speaking of CBs, my fear is that with Chivu at Inter Leoni might follow his Parma coach there, a young player that everyone seem to believe has a great future ahead of him.

Even normally reliable players like Barella, Bastoni, and Di Lorenzo were terrible, the Interisti I can excuse because they might be exhausted playing almost every match and will continue in the Club World Cup. Udogie that some here like did not impress me and never has every time I watch him, Rovella looked nervous and didn't do much to be noticed, Retegui for Italy is a shadow of the one in Atalanta where he has Ederson, De Roon, Lookman, Pasalic in support. This is my verdict on players associated with Milan, complete failures all of them.
Agree Coppola was the standout player.
He should be given the chances to make mistakes, but he will be slaughtered by the journalists because of the result and not because of the fact that we had many injuries to the starting Italians and he was only meant to be a backup.
Bastoni, the overrated, overhyped fuck, made more glaring errors yesterday, but somehow they won't speak about him.

Damn .....Suma went in
Gerald making sure the bonuses hit the correct accounts 😜

I agree though - these players had their time and failed to continue to improve which was the hope when they started at a young age.

It has been three seasons now where we have been around 20 pts off the top and every season bar one, embarrassing displays in CL.
Continuing with them all would be insanity.
So why not sell them and not Reijnders? He was clearly a piece that was working well. If you want to finance a mercato because you want to win then you sell the expensive pieces that you can live without, apparently that's Leao, Theo and Maignan. Surely they take precedence? Why sacrifice Reijnders if you know you're going to sell Theo, Maignan and Leao?

Where is the flag bearer of Gerry’s phallus?
Edubya

I miss his random ad hominem attacks on posters. His completely illogical posts and nonsensical stance about transfers and management in general.

Vacuous space between the ears but talks a big game. Is somewhat entertaining with his moronic takes.

Lots of hot takes.

Because nobody has came forward with an offer for them like there has been for Reijnders…

Chelsea is seeing Maignan as a low cost opportunity and are lowballing us. Theo is rejecting Al Hilal offer.

Rest of the world isn’t on hold just because we want best case scenario for Milan
